5 ★I really enjoy this app but there needs to be a few changes. On this phone A51, I had problems with personalizing my HO ringtone and after several attempts, I had to call the help line. Still don't have the ringtone I wanted, but is now personalized. I have 2 items that I sent over 7 hours ago and are still processing. Makes texting hard as you have to go above and I can't delete them.
3 ★It's been a pretty positive experience on Hangouts. However, there's the issue is photos do not upload they then stay there is no way to delete them. So, when you get a message you have to scroll above the photos to see it over and over again. I wish there was a way to delete them. Another issue I've had is one of my precious conversations was deleted. It may have been done by the site, as I requested how to delete the unloaded pictures. And the next day, the conversation was gone.
2 ★I have one friend on Hangouts and I can't get him to answer me by text because my face, is like I am on a videocall, but silent on my screen and the camera is on and no button to switch off the camera. Could it be the mirror app.? I turned it on! Hope it is! I only use this app. for one friend. He is a US Army person, so security is vital. I personally prefer WhatsApp, and with all this problem with my face on my screen. Is it a trick he can play on me, maybe?.
2 ★I use this app for quite a while now. Unfortunately now every time I try to open it it tells me the app has stopped. I have no idea why it's stopping or crashing. It's very frustrating and I really enjoyed using this app previously. I'm not sure if uninstalling it and reinstalling it will solve the problem or not?? Hoping it does because I did enjoy using the app which made it easy to contact and discuss things with people!! Hoping and praying that uninstalling and reinstalling will,SOLVE ISSUE!
5 ★Hangouts has to be the best video message platforms to ever come to this planet. I know you guys are planning on moving over to Google chat but that has to be the worst decision made sense Google +. Please please please don't get rid of Hangouts I've been using it for years and I don't know what else I'm going to use when it's gone if you really do decide to let go of it. It's so convenient and simple but Google chat is so confusing & not simple and and it doesn't look as aesthetically pleasing.
1 ★For about a month now, HO keeps crashing every time I try to open it. I don't know if this is Google's ploy to get everyone to transfer to Google Chat, but that was my last resort to be able to stay in touch with family overseas. Now, every time I get a message on Chat, I also get a notification saying HO has crashed. I understand Google has told us that they are getting rid of HO, but this has been the worst transition of an app I have ever experienced, and I am a life long Android user.
1 ★In my opinion, this application is not good as it looks .And the first time i install this application it worked really smoothly. But when i found that my messages aren't getting delivered to the people i just tried to uninstall the application and then reinstall the app. But its still saying the same my server is not strong.😔 i never thought such a well famous application can have this type of systemic problem.
2 ★Glitches out quiet a bit. Some times keystrokes get lost so you type out multiple times and errors. Needs more innovation. Feels like this program has put out to pasture my Google. Would like more control features- Add FLAGS/ TABS/ HIGHLIGHTER to notes.
1 ★Absolutely useless app. Video is horrible quality and it has nothing to do with my device or internet connection. Not to mention that when you in a call you can't close the conversation for at least 2 mins. One star for you!!!!
4 ★I like this app because you can text your friends anytime and it is useful and easy, BUT The app cannot meeting, phone call or pictures! It's not my problem it is the app's problem because it said the manger controlls it.
3 ★i use hangouts to talk to my friends, but there is a weird bug. i can only read back a certain amount of messages back before i hit a wall of "you were on a call with ****" bars and no more messages appear. also, for the love of jesus, add a dark mode. thanks! ~ angie
4 ★This is a good texting app, mostly. I keep having this problem were my pictures won't send, no matter what I do... The app is great otherwise. It would just be amazing if that problem could be fixed soon.
