1 ★Terrible video quality. Continuously trying to upsell users to pay for this extremely simple service. I removed a conversation from favorites and now I cannot favorite any conversations without paying. How is favorites a premium feature?
4 ★I had to reinstall marco polo. Updated to the new app. Was not happy about that. I liked the old one better. Understand why, they now charge you for things that were free when first started. Still love it though. Keeps me in touch with my family.

4 ★Very nice, half duplex, server-based, store-and-forward video chat with reasonably standard user interface. The company mismanaged upgrades last year and enraged a lot of formerly loyal users when they disabled some popular features for non-paying subscribers.
