Optional permission that can be granted if Foldersync should detect SSID name on Android 9 or newer.

5 ★Have used and recommended for years. Active and responsive dev, comprehensive and rich feature set, wide and seamless cloud service support, easy to use, and just works. One feature I'd like to see is the option to automatically connect a VPN if not connected to a whitelisted access point at sync time. Otherwise, this is the sync app that ticks all my boxes, and there's no close second.
5 ★This is one of those apps that just works, set and forget. Well worth the cost. I use it to nightly backup my phone photos to NAS over WiFi. Earlier versions would occasionally fail and stop future syncs but the latest version works great. Galaxy S9, Android 10

5 ★High quality, professional, file synchronization tool. Used for a few days & so far, *FolderSync Pro* kept my working files synchronized between our private ftp server, and my mobile. No version control errors. Instant, intuitive setup. No bloat or gimmicks. Love the two way - including deletions - functionality, and directory cloning. Scheduling and connection type for sync keeps the app data-inexpensive and unobtrusive. Clearly, tons of thought and testing went into it, which I appreciate.
5 ★Great App does a good job for syncing with my NAS. Fits my use case perfectly. Have setup all our mobile devices. Have small issue on SamsungTab A (2019 edition), does not reconise the SSID so cannot limit wifi connection, works perfectly on BV8000pro. WIsh:Would be nice to be able to group folderpairs, or to setup a 1 to many folderpair structure. But Overall Excellent APP...
5 ★I am very pleased with the SMB2 app. I was using SyncMe but when I upgraded my Ubuntu server it stopped working. I looked for an Android app that would be similar to SyncMe but supports SMB2. After trying a few I settled on Folder Sync Pro. It had the scheduling functions and copy/sync options I need. It also provides access to my SD Card.
5 ★This is a fantastic app. I have tried a number of file synchronising apps, and this is by far the most reliable with the least battery usage. It is also highly configurable and integrates with Tasker. Additionally, the developer is very helpful and when I had a slight problem, was very quick to correct it and send me a new version of the app to try before releasing an update shortly afterwards. If you're looking for the best app of this kind, then you need look no further in my opinion.
5 ★Such a great and reliable app! I use it everyday and love it. Such a good idea that you don't see very often. Never have had a single problem with it and my rooted phone. Thumbs up to the Dev for quality coding.
1 ★It doesn't work when adblocker is enabled. Not good for background syncing. Wouldn't recommend. Edit: Purchased again after contacting the Dev. It's cumbersome, thus, refunded. I'm good with FOSS app Syncthing.
