3 ★Some features in the app are not available don't know why . Like the reply feature in messages not working for me, if someone tags me in a video or picture doesn't show up in my profile. Overall it feels quite complicated and cumbersome to use.
1 ★Something broke after the last update and now most of the images/videos won't load in feed, profile pictures, stories. Also, notifications set for a particular user rarely shows up correctly. If the user posted a story today, I get the notification immediately, a few days later or I don't get at all. The comment section is terrible - clicking see more or see previous comments hide the entire thread.
3 ★I've used insta for years and it's a great app, I've had to uninstall it though because I can't go on my account, the app doesn't allow me to refresh or look at anything as if I have no Internet even though I do. I'd really like this glitch or bug fixed
1 ★I keep getting the "can't refresh feed" everytime I open the app. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, updated the app, and even reset my phone. Nothing is working. It has been a week since is have been able to do anything. Please fix it.

1 ★My account worked fine until yesterday. Now nothing works, can't send or receive messages, my feed won't load and I can't even edit my profile. It seems like a lot of people are having the same problem and Instagram won't do anything to fix it.
1 ★I have not gotten the reels feature on one of my accounts , I've been updating this app every single time. It's frustrating because that's the account I create content for . I keep getting the same content even with refresh . Basically IG is becoming stale and bland . Try making your app bugs-free and getting the updates to all accounts , instead of being a wannabe tiktok.
1 ★Every update is worse than the next. I know you are changing the app again to COPY the other apps because you have no ideas of your own but for God sakes could you stop erasing my pictures?! Every time you update tons of my pictures disappear. Some come back, while others are just lost to your ignorance.. As soon as I find another PICTURE sharing app, I'm out. You show all the time you dont care about what we want. Only what brings you more money.. Lame and typical.. Nothing unique about you.
2 ★I was browsing through the app until it randomly logged me out/disabled my account, when I tried to log back in, it said there was an error. I had to go onto my web browser to fix it, when I did and logged back in I lost everything. I am no longer following anyone, lost my saved things, liked things. I am very unhappy.
1 ★I had to create a new account and I have been capped at following 15 accounts. Days go by and I try to follow friends and I get a pop up saying Instagram restricts certain actions. Both Facebook and Instagram are absolutely out of control with abrupt, unexplained, unjustified account deletions and AI run amok. It is a shame because I actually valued these platforms and tried to use them positively both for work and pleasure.
3 ★I'm not new to Instagram by any means but I have two problems, one is once you're already on your Instagram why is it so hard to find your friend requests? Secondly when you get notified of a new friend request & you click on it but it's not there - and it's not because they deleted it because a couple of days from now it's going to show up again. That is not user-friendly and that should never happen from a company this size.
