1 ★Usually a great experience until about 5 days ago. The app stopped working. I restarted the phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've cleared the cache and data on both the phone and the app. I've reported this problem to Instagram 3 days in a row with no response. At this point 1 star is too many. *UPDATE* This is day 6 and still no change with my account and no response from INSTAGRAM. *UPDATE* This is now day 7 and still nothing has changed.
2 ★I've spent days trying to fix this because I didn't think the app would be so mindbogglingly stupid. Yes, you can pinch to zoom and maybe read the text in an image, but it immediately returns when you let go. If the text is clear, but too small to read in one zoom, too bad, you can't zoom in further. Fingers in the way? To bad, move the picture and try again To read the images, you will need to screenshot and zoom in photos, making the Instagram app less than redundant, it is an impediment.
1 ★Normally this app is perfectly fine but yesterday I was refreshing my for you page and suddenly everything went white. I've tried clearing my cache and data, logging out and logging back in, uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing is working and ita getting irritating. Please fix this problem. I'd give 5 stars but because of this I'm only giving one. Please respond
1 ★Super frustrated with the support of instagram, I've mentioned multiple issues and asked for help/support.. it is by far the worst app for help I've ever had to use. They don't answer any tickets submitted and just leave us to deal with issues, if I wasn't trying to be an ambassador for a friend's "mental health awareness" brand.. I wouldn't even use instagram anymore. Terrible app
1 ★All of my messages have been erased and no matter what I do I can't get them back. I tried restarting my phone, exiting and reopening the app, and uninstalled it and reinstalled it but none of my messages are coming back. All that it shows are the ones from the day of and it's not even the full day, everytime I send a message one deletes in it's place. Fix this please I want my messages back.
1 ★For the past few days, I have not been able to do anything on my account or view anything. I keep getting a message saying "Cannot refresh feed", which makes absolutely no sense because the account is still active and my friends can still look at my profile. I have sent error reports and nothing has changed and I have had no response. And looking at the latest reviews, I see I am not the only one having this issue.
3 ★Good day, I've been experiencing this since last week. Before, I can be able to save my captured photos on my gallery. But now I can't save it anymore or I can see it in my gallery even the phone says "photo save" then the next day I can see the things I captured. It's kinda bothering me. I hope u guys can fix in sooner. Instagram is a big big help so hear me out🥰
3 ★for those who try to go on insta but it keeps on saying "cannot refresh feed" i got ya:) log out of insta, then go to the insta website and log in from there(that's what i did) and you can switch back to insta app and voila! it works for me because it has happened alot of time:) you might, MIGHT get a warning of ur acc getting taken down but idk(probably fake). yeah that's what i did and i got my insta back:) hope it works for yall too<3
1 ★Still not able to get the reels option. Instagram has the most bugs in it please fix it. What does it takes just an update just do it yaar instagram enough is enough. Tried updating the app, updating the phone, everything but still nothings works. I know i am just 1 or there might be a hundred or a thousand with the same bug but it wont even effect instagram if we even uninstall the app. This is very Disappointing Instagram
4 ★🔴A feature suggestion for Instagram:- If two person are chatting a lot daily (Ex. A girlfriend and a boyfriend), Then for these two person, there should be a feature which will allow to see the chat of any particular date in just one click. Explanation:- If I am chatting with a person daily since (say 1April) and today its 9 may. It will be really hard for me to get to the chat when we spoke(chat) for the first time (1April). So the feature is needed to see chats of any date in 1 click.
1 ★This app has a lot of bugs. Sometimes when I call someone the screen is all black and I have to restart the phone because the call doesn't stop, neither the phone ringing. Also, when I call I can't see the camara of the other person (it's all black AGAIN) even though they tell me that they have the camera open. In addition, sometimes I can see the the story bubble on some profiles even though I have seen them already. Please fix these because it's irritating me
1 ★First I have given Instagram 4 stars but now I have edited my review to 1 star brcause it is not working properly. All time it shows in my account (choudharyfaiez) couldn't refresh feed although I have a good internet connection. I tried uninstall and re install it but it is not working. And i also tried to make a new account but it is showing some kind of network error.
