5 ★Is glide down can't seem to get on
1 ★I didn't get past the profile part because of the birth date information input! What a terrible way to put in information for a birthday takes forever! The old you are the worst it is. Please try to get something a little more user-friendly
1 ★For some reason, I am no longer getting notifications when a glide comes through. I have reached out for assistance a couple of times with no response. It's really disappointing. My best friend and I have to text each other to say check your glide, totally defeats the purpose sometimes. We have relied on this app for a couple of years now and it sucks that it has become so much less reliable. I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THIS AS A BUG MULTIPLE TIMES!!
4 ★i like it so far! It's far improved from when I first used it. My guy and I are in an LDR, and it's great for sending longer videos (most apps maybe give you a minute, but this one is five minutes!) when we're busy and can't chat. i would like the sending feature to be a little easier to navigate, but we're both not the most tech savvy so could just be that. Overall, really love this for keeping in touch!

2 ★Glide use to be the best, however the last few months the app completely sucks. I have great internet service, mobile and wifi however the videos NEVER work it ALWAYS say slow connection try again. I am actively looking for a new app because I keep complaining and nothing has been resolved. I keep updating, uninstalling and reinstalling, and still nothing.
5 ★Love the fact that it is an instant message. You gives you the chance to talk to the person for a good amount of time. It so great to keep in touch with family & friends.
1 ★This app has a feature in which you can make your profile public and discoverable to other people. The problem with that is, there are a lot of weird people who send inappropriate messages. I changed my settings so my profile wasn't public anymore, yet people still found me and sent crazy messages. When I emailed Glide, I got a automated message telling me to block those sending inappropriate content. That doesn't solve the issue, especially when it's dozens of people sending inappropriate things all the time.
4 ★I've been using Glide on/off for 6 months, mainly with deaf and Hard of Hearing adults who don't have a smart phone with Voice-Calling. It works well but I'm about to quit using it (one more friend still uses it to contact me) because my eyesight is so poor. On my Samsung Note8, the video picture (and the ASL signs I'm trying to read) are in a 1" square, postage stamp area. It's to hard read fast sign in that space. I'd really appreciate it y'all could make a full-screen and landscape mode option.
5 ★This is by far my favorite app. My family lives in Colorado, and I live in Nebraska. We use Glide rather than Facetime because the lack of high-speed internet in the mountains makes live video chat impossible. Without this app, my nieces wouldn't even know what I look like. I am so, SO thankful for Glide...I use it everyday!
1 ★The privacy policy on this app is disgusting. Forcing users to pay for premium to avoid their details being sent to 3rd parties is just deplorable. That should never be a choice for an end user. No P2P messaging, just client/server. Uninstalled as quickly as I installed it. And from what reviews I see here, user support is generic responses with no actual care for the end user. You'll more than likely reply to this review with a generic response too.
