4 ★I love DUO. The only issue I have is that my husband and I both have a samsung ultra S20 note and when we call each other we are getting lots of feed back or echoing sound in the calls. I really hate that. It wouldn't be so bad if it were just happening sometimes but it happens with every call. It doesn't matter where the volume is set it still does it, but I will continue to use it because I love being able to see my grandkids when I talk to them too.
3 ★The heck is wrong with this app??? My phone works well having 4gb ram and 128gb internal storage and always connected to fivre wifi. And I don't keep apps running on background. But why the does my phone hang so much when I try to search for contacts or when I re login or sign up??? Just why???
3 ★Like others have said,it's like Google has it's own facetime. Only thing I dont like is,this is the only phone I've had where it won't let me type a message. I've had many other phones and all allowed it, even the one with worse quality. Idk but it would be nice to have that feature back
5 ★Again wonderful. Any customer service I have encountered at the Verizon store Have been so helpful and so patient so patient. They have really gone out of the way to address all my concerns. The staff has really gone out of their way to help myself, granddaughter, and my grandsons. Thank you again..

I have no issues regarding it, but whenever I'm trying to use effects or filters it's just unable to detect my face & the effect or filter just turns into a pixelated mess. I didn't face this issue with my previous phone (Honor Play), but I'm facing it in my new phone (iQOO 7 Legend).
4 ★I love this app and use it everyday, but I wish I could listen to my phone alarm when I'm using it, because I'm used to sleep during calls every day. I have a distance relationship and sometimes when I have to wake up I need to use another device to use as alarm. When Duo is in use, it doesn't ring. Looking foward to this change!
1 ★Terrible connection quality, no matter what signal or device is used. Duo used to be good, but now it's just not worth the headaches. Constant lagging and "weak signal" messages. Over trying to use it, as Google has clearly abandoned the higher quality streaming tech they were pioneering in this app.
5 ★Great picture quality and sound is clear. Very few connection issues but I would think that's my service not the app. Love being able to see my handsome fiance's face when we talk on the phone.
1 ★If I could give this no stars and write my review on it I would. I am sick to death of trying to connect to people and it just doesn't work. I send invites and still doesn't work. And if I do not ring that person off duo in a few weeks they disappear and I have to send them the invite again bloody joke
5 ★My brother was in Hawaii and I am in California. Great reception and clear video. I didn't know what Duo was until I tried it!! I thought I had to use other social media or Zoom for live calls. Now I have to learn how to add people.
5 ★I've only made one attempt I felt the quality of the call was clear and good however the number intended to reach wasn't the number I intended to contact. 4 ★i love the app, but i wish, that duo will please upgrade the app. why? because im tired of signing in to one device and have to sign back in to another device again. so please duo upgrade your app so people can put more than one device on duo with the same number. thank you
