3 ★I'm on the fence with this service, while it's affordable when i first got it it worked great! i moved to another state could not send pics etc while having plenty of data and now I've moved back, still having issues with sending pics etc and my app will not refresh to show my data add on. i may be looking for a different service soon if these things can't get resolved
1 ★This app is as awesome as total wireless! At least once a month my data slows to an unusable point for 1 to 2 days. Almost every time I make a payment, my data, text or calling gets jacked up. If you need customer service.... Good luck. I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to fix my internet. Multiple customer service reps suggested I master reset, I finally gave in and did it, ....... Didn't help, just lost tons of data for no reason. If you have this app.... You messed up.
5 ★I have been using totalwireless for over 2 years now. I have tried a few other services in the past. They didn't get as good of a signal, if the price compared, or they did get really good signal, but were very expensive and limited on minutes. I love the service, and the accessibility of the apps. The totalwireless website, the text app, the phone number, or prepaid cards, there is enough ways to get anything done so you should never be without airtime. Thanks Totalwireless. Timothy Adkins.
2 ★To any Total Wireless customer, this app Sucks. Total Wireless sucks. At first it was good, but 2 months later, I can't get in touch with them. I try to go through the app, I got a message that this phone number doesn't exist on any accounts. I paid for unlimited for the month. Soooo... Next month I'm going to have to find another phone carrier. Thinking about going back to ATT. Or Straight Talk. W.T.F !!!
1 ★Been a loyal customer for a year now but their rewards system is very flawed. Added a line a few months ago and was told that it qualified for the 7,000 add a line reward points and I would receive them in 60 days after the cooldown period. 60 days went by so I contacted TW and after 2 hours on the phone they told me it was never registered by THEIR system and I would need to wait another 60 days for it. I checked and it doesn't look like I will be getting them at all. Very disappointing.
1 ★Terrible since the Verizon buyout. I had Total wireless for several years and it worked flawlessly before Verizon messed it up. App no longer shows balance no longer keeps you logged in completely broken and constantly tells you you have to go to their website to do stuff why even have an app. I switched to mint mobile it was cheaper and their app actually works
5 ★I absolutely love total wireless cuz for one, it has really good service unlike some other cell phone carriers. I haven't really had too much of a problem yet with total wireless and the app itself is awesome. Giving us customers a chance to earn rewards for certain plans and other things is a great feature to have. Thank you total wireless for being such a great service provider!
1 ★Purchased this phone and a card for a months worth of unlimited data. It's only been two weeks and it's taken about an hour to download this app. Im not sure why my data is being so shoty when I still have about two more weeks left of unlimited to use. I understand data may get slower but for it to be so slow that no apps can connect to internet is unethical for a service provider. App wont let me buy additional high speed data. It keep refreshing so I keep trying to refill the form to no avail
1 ★I lost phone call service. Everything else works fine but I can't get or receive calls. The automated service said, we found the problem & fixed it but when I restart, it still doesn't work. I tried Chat but it only goes so far then the call is lost. After a few days of this and trying Google and you tube and reddit, etc. I gave up. I don't know whether I need a new phone (I'm looking) or new service. This all began when it became Total by Verizon. My auto refill occurred a few days ago.
4 ★Total wireless I've used for years now the only problem is these cheap phones! I go thru about 7 or 8 phones a year I mean yea 1 goes down hit the store 29 bucks some times 40 is cool but constantly it's getting crazy now I had to go buy a unlocked nice phone so tell me y the app don't work every time I put in my number or email it say sry they are problems try later! It's just starting to snow ball now had to delete the app
1 ★Since Verizon bought Total I'm locked out of my account. Verizon has not helped me resolve this issue. They insisted I buy a new phone. After talking with a customer service representative, my automatic pay was cancelled. Now I'm charged twice (two cc's)) & receive texts each month to pay the account and sign up for automatic pay. I'm shopping for another carrier.
5 ★Out of all the cell phone companies I have tried Total Wireless is the best. They have the best prices, on equipment and plans. There customer service is very knowledgeable and polite. The connection for me has always been super strong after 4 years I have never had a dropped call. I recommend everyone to Total Wireless and the ones who took my advice thank me all the time. So thank you Total Wireless for a great experience. Keep up the good work!!
