3 ★I love being able order my groceries online and I love King Soopers! With that being said while goig through items to add to my cart, it always jumps back to the top when I have only gone a little ways down. No matter what I am searching for. It will not let me get to the halfway point much less the bottom unless I scroll really fast, and then it still shoots me back up to the top. 9 times out of 10 I use my computer instead because it's such an annoying glitch.
1 ★Used to be just OK but has gotten worse over time. At the store, you can see items on the shelf with Digital Coupon items that you should be able to clip or scan. Items do not show up in the Digital Coupons list on app. When trying to scan, 1 out of 10 times it says "connection error" try again later.. and that is with their WIFI and/or good cell connection. I can't try again later, I'M AT THE STORE. Very poor interface. Too much stuff loaded on the main screen.
1 ★One of the WORST apps I have ever used. Every aspect of this app is meant to frustrate and enrage you. When you press add to cart, it transitions to a quantity selection, but that's not what I need. I just want to add it. Where is the food? I have no idea. I couldnt find my cart to check out. Like this thing is BLOATED with ads and features no one needs. The food itself is horribly organized too, so good luck with that. Awful awful app.
4 ★pros: ease of use. seeing weekly ads, being able to sort through hundreds of coupons with the filters, tracks fuel points, you can place pick up and delivery orders, you can store your payment with Kroger pay to use in store cons: app logs me out frequently so it's annoying/can't use on the fly. many issues with linking ad and products. for example, when you click on an item featured in the ad the app tries to re route you to the browser or the app (again lol), and then an error message appears
3 ★I love the idea of this app but there are so many flaws in the ordering process and when using the app in store. When I use it for ordering pick up, it takes forever to make any changes to it once submitted. It has a super long time delay to recognize and accept changes. When I use it for an in-store list to help find items, it sometimes let's me sort it by aisles and sometimes it doesn't. It really can be quite messy and frustrating. I use it every shopping trip but I wish the flaws were fixed.
1 ★The app constantly crashes. Like its convenient when it works, being able to pick my groceries at work and whatnot and pick them up first thing in the morning. But it crashes as often as it works and gets annoying very fast. Not only this but it sometimes crashes so much in such a short period of time I have to restart my phone to get it to even close because it's bugging out so bad. You're a multimillion dollar company, do better
3 ★I'm editing my review, because since posting my original review the app frequently will not load properly. It can't help me be more efficient if it isn't working. I have the most updated version. THANK YOU for adding the aisles in the shopping cart!!! That feature makes my life SO much easier! I was having to use multiple lists to achieve what you have now simplified. I was using the app list to get a price, and a notepad list to put the items in order of the store aisles.
1 ★This app is terrible. You have to go through 5 iterations of different types of savings to figure out what's on sale. But then it's not, unless you're picking up, or shopping delivery, or... Then, when trying to filter out things you don't want (baby supplies, alcohol, etc) all coupons disappear. Worthless app that's so aggravating to use that it's worth skipping KS completely since you can't actually access the "savings". Definitely needs an overhaul. Zero stars is the rating.
5 ★I love the King Soopers app! I am not one to clip paper coupons (let's be real... NEVER gonna happen!), but I definitely clip digital coupons. Then I look at the Weekly Ad and you can even create your shopping list on the app. If you can't locate an item in the store, search for it on the app to find its location. Another way to save money is to use the Cash Back feature. Check your Fuel Points balance. Look up your past purchases. There is so much you can do!
1 ★Maybe it was the most recent update, but the app operates as though it's huge and clunky. It freezes and stops working when I add or remove items from my list or cart, when I add coupons to my card, when I navigate from one feature to another. It used to be really wonderfully easy, and now it feels like it desperately needs to be streamlined. The home screen also looks really cluttered.
3 ★I have used this app for awhile now, and for the most part it works OK. I like that I can change stores and it will rearrange my list based on that store's layout. However, the way it shows outer-edge departments is annoying - for example, Produce items are not all together on my list, but almost appear to be alphabetically listed. Same goes for Dairy, Meat & Seafood. It would be nice if these might be listed as "at the end of Aisle 13" or something like that - I frequently have to backtrack in the store when I come to an item on my list from these departments.
3 ★I love the list feature of this app and that I can see the prices of the things I want or need to buy. I also love that it tells you what aisle it's supposed to be on for the store you have it set to most of the time. I don't love how sometimes it isn't updated soon enough, before the pandemic not during it at all, if an item was moved onto a different aisle or if they no longer have an item in stock, it doesn't always reflect that on the app.
