1 ★I am very very frustrated with this app. I simply want to see my data usage and change my phone plan. I have spent over half an hour trying to get to my account. Don't get it. It's a simple request to be able to check my account status and change the plan but get errors when I enter phone number, etc.
1 ★I tried to go to Net 10 on my computer & set up my account & all it did was give an unspecified error message. I downloaded the app & it gave me another opportunity to set up my account but when I did it just kept giving me an unspecified error message & again would not let me set up an account. Edit I have talked to customer service many times. My email cannot be used for this account because it was used before. I set up another email just to create an account & apparently that won't work eithe
1 ★Every since your company said our old wireless home phone device wasn't no longer compatible. We updated to the new device last year in November. We're still having issues with our brand new Net10 Moxee Wireless Home Based Device since yesterday. Wireless Signal flashing red no 4 green signal lights We're unable to make/receive calls since Tuesday this week. I've contacted tech support by phone, Facebook Messenger, live chat online. The issues haven't been resolved.

2 ★Between 2 and 3. My phone is bad. The app is no good. What happened? The Wheel (Rewards) is coming back soon but that was over two months ago. I only track 20 or so points (maybe 50) a month in Rewards now in Goals. Uh uh. Customer Response is just not level. Now I'm inconvenienced with nothing here to see and not a good phone especially. This was the first thing I noticed but was too desperate to send back. The least you could do is make me and the others feel valued.
2 ★l've been with Net10 for over 5 years and never had much of a problem until i had to use customer service. I purchased a $40 card at Walmart and the next day i tried to add it to my phone and it told me the activation #'s were invalid. After talking to service reps., approximately 6 times, which you can barely understand because of their terrible non-american accents, sending copies of receipt and activation card to them and going back to Walmart 2 times Walmart made it right. No help from Net10.
3 ★I've been with Net10 for years & have had no major issues with them until this year. The mobile app won't let me access support. Button doesn't even work. I've been enrolled in auto-refill & they still charge me 35 instead of the 31.50 a month. This is the 4th*? month of this happening. I finally got ahold of support & was told I had to go to the "Promotion Department". Told me someone would reach out (this was on March 7th) if I provided my #. I gave it to him twice...& I'm still waiting.
5 ★I've been with you loyal Net10 since 09. The real OG in Umbrella by Queen TracFone the original pay-as-you-go for payphones you're not going to get any better by people who know more about a pay-as-you-go plan of any sort of telecommunication any other company that's ever been. Smartcompany to never see commercials very simple company spending too much money in America is Happy under connections by giving good chunks of it to the big providers to use their towers. Original and Worthy Net10.
1 ★So for some reason my active service shows inactive in app so I cant even manage my account while my data definitely doesn't feel like im getting what I pay for even when I buy more because I use data for work. Taking my number to Mint Mobile. 35 gigs of data a month for 3 months @ $90 ($30 a month) sounds a lot better than this.
1 ★This app will run in the background and will force your phone to use mobile data even when strong wifi is avalaible. Just runs out your high speed data allowance faster. Just as easy to pay through the website.
1 ★The service is spotty, data speeds are hit or miss and the customer service is non existent, every time you call they just read from a script instead of actually trying to help.
1 ★I've been with net 10 for 12 years now and NEVER once thought about changing services. This past year however I've really considered it. I've had issues with logging into my account just to purchase more time. Customer support never calls back, just over all dissatisfied. I'm looking elsewhere.
