How to install T-Mobile APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download T-Mobile APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.tmobile.pr.mytmobile-v9.17.0.96693-ApkClean.apk)

1 ★This app needs to show all the information to the customer and to stop telling people it can help with everything when It doesn't actually show the full amount owed by the customer leading to a fight at the T-Mobile Store cause the customer believes they owe less then they do because the app says the remaining balance is $100 even though in all actuality it really is $250 but the app only shows the remaining balance to be $100, Please be more honest.
1 ★Stay away from this service altogether they lie through their teeth you don't get what you pay for the unlimited data runs slower then their response times (which are unbearably slow) caller id will pull up every call as scam likely, texts don't go through even with service.and the 5g doesn't run much faster the 4g all around terrible service even worse company.
5 ★T-Mobile's live customer service has been way better than Verizon's non-existent customer service. Verizon had no live people to talk with. T-Mobile answers their phones and you get to chat with a real person within minutes. I was able to speak to a real person who knew what my problems were and fixed them. The cell service has also improved so much that I think T-Mobile is the new leader in cellular reception.
1 ★App on phone has never worked for me over multiple years. Constantly get error messages. I dont really expect to use it much but when you have a service or billing issue away from a conputer first thought is ohh I can fix this in the app. Then I open the app and recall how frustrating and useless the app is.
1 ★The new sim card T-Mobile sent is really buggy. I have to restart my phone several times daily. It seems like my phone is being tapped. If not fixed I'm returning to Verizon.
1 ★This app really doesn't work o mobile. I have to go to a link sending me outside of the app just to do at I need to do. It's VERY unfortunate for me as a customer to do that. For a rich company, you should be able to provide service in all ways. Bad or good. Customers are the reason you are running.
3 ★I just updated today and then read all the horrible reviews where the complaint is that it doesn't even start up. I'm using a Galaxy S21, with the new update from today, and it works fine. Not really sure why I'd actually want this app on my phone, but at least it's working.
2 ★App routinely has issues opening with an error on opening, it is extremely slow transitioning between screens and the UI is very poorly designed and clunky. Really alarming after coming from Verizon where their app was essentially pristine.
1 ★It won't open period & I just talked to a Rep he said Tmobile upgrading their system from 1.0 to 2.0 He said that it would be back up and running by this Thursday but as usual they LIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm starting to think that once these companies get what they want from their customers they DON'T Give a🖕🏽 about them after.
2 ★5G network? Jeez! Download very slow. YouTube slow. Call drops. Network dropping all the time even in the city! Have to turn off & on the phone to get service! Bought the phone cash from T-Mobile, not from any other source (to blame). Unlmtd $60+ plan! 4g is still better than this 5g!
1 ★"Sorry, we're not ready for you yet." Apparently it's been showing nothing but this error message since at least 2018. Why does it even exist if it's fully non-functional?????
1 ★Terrible disservice to Sprint . Maybe 2 out of 7 customer service reps can understand a problem . The other 2 still cant fix anything. TMOBILE, alone wasn't bad . Sprint was very good . This merger between the the 2 will be reported to the Consumer Protection Bureau for lousy service . Impenitrably awful services ! OVERPRICED AND UNTRAINED AGENTS AND IMPOSING UNWANTED AESTHETICS ON MY PHONE THAT CANNOT BE REVERSED. THE WORST PHONE SERVICE EVER !
