1 ★Somehow I was kicked out of my app account. Okay, no problem, but the sign in option doesn't work. Now it's a problem. I can not use the app with my rewards card. I've tried reinstalling the app and even tried creating a "new account" with my same rewards card number. It says there is an issue with my rewards number (go figure). My card works fine at the registers and the gas pump for fuel points. I don't know what's going on, but it's very frustrating.
3 ★Latest update took the "My List" out of the bottom right corner and hid it in the menu (three lines at top left) and replaced it with the cart. I dont buy from the app for pickup/delivery like many people that use it and shop in store. Maybe give users the option to switch as in store shopper or app order shopper so some of us can keep our list at the bottom rh corner
1 ★Not sure what has happened but this app used to be so much better. For the last six weeks or so half of the digital coupons will not redeem. I have gotten ahold of customer service and tech. I have a ticket opened and have tried to reach out for assistance but now they will not even answer my emails.
1 ★When trying to log in to app, error message says "website not available " Have cleared cache and data and reinstalled app. Still not working. Already contacted your team. Still waiting to hear back from them.
4 ★I love the convenience of being able to make pick up and delivery orders, checking on my prescriptions, looking up sale ads, and looking up the price of an item!!!!
5 ★This location(21st and Amidon)is always clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They usually have what you need in sock. The service desk always helps add money to cards and cashes checks. I can't say the same for other locations.
1 ★Horrible app. Crashes all the time, kicks you out so you have to constantly sign back in. Lags repeatedly and often doesn't save recently purchased items.
5 ★app works pretty good. sometimes have trouble entering information when putting in personal info just for got to watch what you are doing
2 ★The app does not let me log in withoutclicking on it twice. When I made my pick up list and went back to update some items before placing my order, it did not save the updated items, because when I picked up my groceries I was short on some of the items. Plus why does Kroger/Dillons not allow us to link our card to Ibotta, especially since we no longer get receipts when picking up the order.
1 ★Today's post update issue.... Nice. Boil water advisory so you put all your water on delivery only. Where snap can't have it. Shameful. Some items are showing up delivery only. You can't get delivery with snap. So you're denying those items to snap recipients who use the app. (Isn't that against the law or something?) Not cool. Also, you can't modify a snap order. Why on earth a grocery store would make any item delivery only is bizarre and a little snobby don't ya think?
1 ★I have to sign in to the app everyone even though I have checked the box. then it doesn't recognize my email address.
4 ★Easy to navigate, use online coupons & pick up at store. Produce & meat products I choose myself. Often damaged, but can request refund.
