1 ★UNRELIABLE SERVICE! I am paid up and it keeps saying turn off airplane mode to make a call. I do not have airplane mode turned on. The data is turned on also. And I do not have data saver on either. So I cannot make or receive calls or messages either. UNRELIABLE SERVICE. TRACFONE USED TO BE THE BEST. NOT ANYMORE WITH NO SERVICE WHEN PAID UP. THE NETWORK QUALITY CHECKER IS ON TOO.
4 ★Good company to have a phone with. Had bad experience today trying to set up auto pay. App would not allow me to do that. I settled for a month subscription $20.00-- 1 gb data--unlimited talk & text. I was trying to order 25.00 pkg.-- 2 gb data plus unlimited talk-text at discount for ordering Auto Pay but would not allow me to do so. I gave up trying. I needed to put time on phone so I wouldn't lose my left over data I had to carry over.
1 ★After many years of having the app and trac phone services ! It doesnt work! Cant log in to the app to check balances or add ! Before i was ableto now you vant log in keeps shpwing log in w email phone # etc Nothing works! Customer service said having problems w app ! But wont give a time frame when problem will be fixed ! So right now the app is useless ! I just dont understand how All of a sudden after years of successful use that it just stops working! Very frustating!!!
1 ★I am having the same issues as another rewiewer. I've been a tracfone customer for years, and now suddenly I can't login on the mobile app no matter what I try. I even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, to no avail. I also had trouble buying more data and access using my computer. Something is definitely wrong with tracfone, both the app AND the website.
1 ★This is the worst service ever. I called numerous times in order for them to aid in getting internet while away from my router. They disconnect, don't call back like they say they will...I also cannot get MMS, which comes up as downloads and doesn't come through. Forget it. I'm changing. I have 7GB built up because I can't use it. Just a waste of time on the phone and money since there's other no contract companies out there.
5 ★Easy to use (I'm 65). Love the service and the app. I buy my phones from QVC that come year service, 1500 talk,text and data. New phones too! I usually just have to get additional text for $5. Every couple of months. That's it. I'm not much for talking, but if I wanted to, I can just get that for $16.16(that's total charge with tax included) . It will contain 500 talk, text and data AND will add more expiration time to your year plan.
4 ★After not being able to download my account app for TracFone to get dashboard. I text TracFone they were all nice & respectful & helpful. Hope this may help someone. I deleted my account app, turn phone off/on. Then I tap Settings - tapped on Apps - tapped on Tracphone, then I tap on Permission - allowing phone in location. Then I downloaded the my account app again from Google. It works now.
1 ★I've had TracFone for at least ten years with no problem being able to check my balance. Now I have to log in every time on the app to see it. When I try to update the balance the widget tells me my account is inactive then doesn't work. Don't know what TracFone changed but they are making it hard for someone to want to stay with them.
1 ★I feel absolutely betrayed. I have been a loyal TracFone user since 2005, enjoying the ease of their à la carte style of buying minutes, texts, and data. But that's gone now. For instance, if you try to go buy data, the page is gone, replaced by a 404 error. The options for their signature à la carte service are gone, and we are now forced to buy monthly plans. I have been a loyal customer for 17 years, but now I think I'm going to go elsewhere unless they backtrack on this.
1 ★I've always been able to add more data/min individually when I need to through the app, but for the last few weeks, the whole app crashes when I click "Buy Plan." It's incredibly frustrating because apparently my entire account has been deleted because when I tried to log in online on my computer, it says my email associated with my account doesn't exist. Could not be more dissatisfied, and I know I'm just going to get the same copy/paste response to this. I'm not going to hold on call forever.
1 ★Be careful!! Someone used this app and other apps to steal EVERYTHING on my phone and sell it on the dark web!! Somehow they found my info using this and other apps and I have not been able to secure my phone since. I didn't receive phone calls or messages because EVERYTHING was redirected. They even stole passwords from my keyboard!! I can't call out either and I need to dispute the charges to my credit cards which are temporarily closed bc they don't know what happened. I'm disgusted!!
1 ★I too cannot access my account. I've tried removing and downloading the TracFone account app. It asked for number, email and other info. I enter the information and still cannot access my account. On rare occasions it has worked, but most of the time the app is useless. I would like to keep tract of data use and the monthly date when I am required to add another card. 90% of the time the app doesn't work and it is extremely frustrating!
