5 ★I wished, I switched sooner. I got a 30 dollar provisional credit for my first bill, so I paid nothing.This is the only service,that I had that gives me full bars from my home and I have tried Verizon, AT&T, T mobile, Sprint, and all the prepaid carriers offered at Target and Bestbuy with no luck. Ting was basically my last chance to find a carrier that actually offers good coverage as well as clear phone calls, texts, and data and they delivered so well that I highly recommend them to anyone.

2 ★Overall service is great, but those strange calls you get from numbers from all over the country, I know you can block them , but you still have to call to check your messages and that costs you money and the community chat text you to buy something...kinda strange , I believe they sell your phone numbers to third Partiers

3 ★Please bring back the billing estimator. It was useful for me and for demonstrating to others how it worked.

1 ★Cant use AT ALL. Just got Ting plan and the app just times out at log in.

5 ★I've been using Ting for about 5 years and I really like it. The reception is great in the rural area that I live. Today I used the customer support for the first time and the person I spoke to was easy to communicate with and quickly resolved my issue. Overall, I think this is a good reliable company.

5 ★Ting Mobile is best. You only pay for what you use. The only issue I have ran into is roaming. When roaming there is no internet connection. My signal at home went from one bar to 5 bars when I switched. Hopefully the roaming part will disappearing they ever expand the network.

1 ★Well I love Ting, but they thought it was a good idea to message block a bunch of random numbers and mine got picked. Not a smart idea seeing how I'm paying them for a service and they block my messages for no reason or no warning. A phone call fixed the problem.

1 ★Doesn't work for me. App won't recognize my username and password so I can't really say I can use the app at all. I've tried resetting password about a dozen times and even got their techs to try and help me. Still doesn't work. Wish they'd fix this.

1 ★I am on an unlimited plan and i put my card on monthly and TING tells me because of high usage ( unlimited mind you) they are going to charge my card early... before end of the cycle because?? the frequency of dropped calls is extremely frustrating. I heard good things about TING and I have only ever posted one bad review... make that two they were truly deserved. An unlimited plan that charges you whenever they want for your data usage?! buyer beware.

5 ★Very impressed with this company. The website is excellent (unlike Verizon) and the rates are great. I think that 95% of people would benefit from a provider like this since wifi is basically everywhere now and Google Lock can connect you automatically

1 ★Crashes immediately after password is entered. So far, totally useless. EDIT: Updated, now it just says 'Authentication Failed' and tells me to check my email and password. It says this no matter what I change the password to. Still totally useless.

2 ★App now tells me "Failed to connect to Ting. Please make sure you are connected to the internet." I'd like to be able to see data usage and cannot until this is fixed.. This is incredibly frustrating.
