How to install My Spectrum APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download My Spectrum APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.brighthouse.mybhn-v8.22.0.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

1 ★App is slow and lags. Whole point in downloading was to monitor my wifi network but my router information wouldnt connect in the app. Was unable to edit or view network settings. Was told by technical support that i needed to trade my router in. Same problem even with new equipment. Spectrum customer service were professional and polite but were just as lost as I was dealing with my issue.
1 ★Dont even bother installing. Just take your equipment back now, and get a new provider. The app is terrible. The support section will literally tell you to press things that arent there. The internet service is even worse. Some of your apps will work, some unexplainably wont. Sometimes it wont let one your devices connect to the wifi at all, while you're watching two others work perfectly fine right in front of you. Switching providers as soon as possible.
1 ★Have to give the app, a 1 star review for now. The app was working fine and I tried to open it and got a Customized Device Agreement. Telling me my phone was jailbroken, rooted, and set up for USB debugging. Have to agree to them not being responsible or can guarantee the security of my payment information. Have had the same phone for the last 5 years, all my other apps are working fine. It was a nice convenience to have the app, but will uninstall until they fix whatever they changed..
1 ★I have the same problem as several others. I went to sign in and had to start from the beginning, then when I finally did get in a message appeared stating my phone was rooted, jailbroken, etc. This freaked me out so I went through this whole process to see if my phone was all those things and it's not. I probably did some damage to my phone because of it. Please fix this already!!! And don't tell me to join a discussion group...
1 ★This app worked just fine until the most recent update. And it seems as though whatever is wrong goes beyond the app as I am now experiencing trouble signing in to our account online as well. I had to call to make my payment this month. Not a terrible inconvenience but certainly defeats the purpose of some functions of the app and website. I hope they fix whatever is wrong soon.
1 ★UPDATE: I updated and even uninstalled and reinstalled, but it's still the same. It's just linking me to the spectrum site in a browser window through the app link. So dumb. This is not an app. The log in screen just shows you a "get started" button which just takes you to their website to log in. This is useless and just extra work. It didn't used to be like this, but you know, makes sense that their app matches their service!
1 ★Uninstalled the app multiple times then installed in an attempt to sign in. That didn't work. Haven't been able to sign in at all. I would love to monitor what I'm paying for. It's been years of the same results. I may need a different provider, more reliable!
1 ★App doesn't work. Won't let me sign in. Worked for a moment one time, but before I could do anything, gave me the same error message again. "Oops! Something went wrong..." I need to change settings on my router, but the router access is locked out via the browser page access, and the app necessary to access it no longer works! This is ridiculous. It used to work when I first set it up months back. Now I can't do anything with it. Keeps forcing me to sign back out and close the app.
1 ★I don't like this update that you guys made to your Spectrum App; it links to your guys website in a browser window and I don't feel safe to use it now. It was better when you login through the app; I don't like this please change it back. FYI uninstalling & reinstalling doesn't work; PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK; CUSTOMERS ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS UPDATE!!!
5 ★I was expecting self installation (new modem at my new apartment) to be a huge headache and set aside a couple of hours to call tech support etc, but actually I just installed this app, logged into my existing bill pay account, and it just... Did everything. I don't know how it works, but damn dude, it WORKS.
1 ★It worked good before. But like the others that posted on 7/1/21 I also have not been able to get it to work since 7/3/21. What's the problem with your app. It was updated on 6/29/21. Is that where the issue is? It was working fine before that. Can't get past the let's get started page!
1 ★The app is useless because you cannot log in. The best feature is bill pay, and everything else is subpar. If you use your own networking hardware, a third of the app is useless. Network troubleshooting tips only give what is an online search away. Outage notifications that would be useful if they were push notifications. Options and tools to get in contact with support are lackluster (and should be better than giving the support number). All reflective of Spectrum's internet service quality.
