How to install My Spectrum APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download My Spectrum APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

  • Go to your phone Settings page

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).

1 ★Constantly have issues with the app taking FOREVER to even load. Now both this app AND the Spectrum Tv app , which I use daily have both been down for days and I can't watch any of my shows. My Bill keeps jumping higher and higher for the worst service. There are also constant outages.Seriously ready to cancel and just use streaming services from individual networks/channels
1 ★The worst customer service ever! Rude and treat people like their stupid. I know my internet speeds and how internet works. I didn't want an app I want a cable box. Apparently thats not allowed. It's a zumo device that has apps. Like my TV. Like my gaming system. Like my phone. Like every other device in my house. Can't rewind, can't pause, can't record, no easy guide access. I'll be switching to satellite asap. Cable is obsolete for these reasons. Your doing it to yourself spectrum.
1 ★One of the most useless apps. "Want to restart your device online? Follow these steps!" Only to be told to press the button on the front. I think if that worked I wouldn't be IN THE APP looking for a solution. "Send a refresh to your device" and still have to call customer service to actually refresh. Regardless of their service, this app is useless.
2 ★Its perplexing at best. If there was an outage issue I cant report it through this app without being connected to my router, hence the internet. I had an issue with a modem that was resolved by replacing the modem and router. The app continued to ask me to setup my devices for 3 months even though it was already setup (which doesn't make sense when it recognizes I'm connected to said devices) can't pay my bill on the app without internet??? What???
2 ★It is too challenging to transfer from another vendor with a cell phone and setup. Getting a security code is challenging. Installed too much a hurry and didn’t check the internet or complete set-up or take time to review everything. Then, you have to use a different person and process for cell setup. There were more calls to Spectrum that I won't get into. May return to original vendor. It was much simpler, even if it was a little more expensive. Granted, it didn't have cell phone service.
2 ★I am a snowbird and get new service every season. Spectrum has tons of technical issues....defective equipment usually....I spend hours on the phone with them to find out ultimately the equipment is bad.....they send out a tech the next day and then sometimes everything works. Now they have zumo which doesn't work very well.....I already had it replaced after 1 day. It does not work as well as the old cable box. Not very satisfied....If I wanted to stream everything I could have tried Frontier..
1 ★Spectrum is alright. This app? TERRIBLE. Horrible. Awful. Just plain bad. You click on an option and it takes at LEAST 15 seconds to change to that option. Even just clicking the "back" button does the same thing. And that's when it's working at all. Most times it willl pop up and say the my spectrum app is not responding. Close app or wait. You'd think that a company dedicated to internet and technology, would come up with a way to fix this. Anyone notice their website is the same? It's AWFUL!
1 ★Broken app stopping me from paying bills... leading to late fees. My account is showing my old address which hasn't had service for several months. Because of this, I can't pay my bill and it won't even show me any of my statements. I spoke to support who told me that they fixed the issue and to log out and log back in, but everytime I log in it automatically logs me back into the old account leading me nowhere.
1 ★What a huge yikes of an app. I was sent a modem upgrade with instructions to download the app, sign in, and choose Set up Equipment. Not only does that button not exist, there's instead a "Get Started" button ... which leaves the app and goes to a web tutorial page saying to ... get the app??? Everything else in the app also lags to oblivion. This is one of the worst designs I've ever seen, and I cannot install my modem tonight because THE BACKUP WEB PAGE IS ALSO DOWN. Pathetic and frustrating.
1 ★My thing is they changed the old format as far as your phone being remote. Now you can't switch back and forth between shows you were watching. And you used to be able to long press on the movie and it would show what movie was about. Thats gone now too. It was so perfect the old way. It is so much worse now. If it was the old format i would give Spectrum 5 stars. Please take my comments and please consider that other people more than likely are having the same problems
3 ★Slow and not so user friendly looks like they focused on beautification but overall it works. Liked the old way of doing it, not having a middle man prog to access. what happen to accessing your hardware from your browser. You may say it is more secure but i believe thats up to debate, the only thing that has changed is who has access. Should have both options so people not so savvy can have easy access and people with actual working knowledge can use it too.
1 ★Ever since the latest update, the app just does a loading screen forever when I try to access devices connected to my router. It is shutting off internet to my devices after certain times and I can't make it stop. I've spoken to support 3 times. I've reinstalled app. Tried using the app on a different phone. Nothing works. Please fix!
