1 ★Terrible customer service. As long as you don't have a problem, it's good. Only way to problem solve is through online chat. Then, you're told it's not their service it's the phone-, which you purchased new from them less than 2 months ago
1 ★Visible signal shockingly poor. App provides basic functions but not really worth loading. Visible signal weak and erratic in major New Mexico cities and Las Vegas NV. Using visible ZTE blade a7 prime on 4G/LTE. Sorry could not find better place to say, sound like great plan and does not for me
1 ★Avoid at all costs, my gf got her account hacked and they changed all her info and ordered a phone on my debit card, visible refused to help because we couldn't verify the new information the Hacker changed everything, getting ahold of a "specialist" is impossible and even when I did, they never followed through. Now her iPhone 12 is bricked by visible, I have fraudulent charges on my card and no way of keeping her number. I am filing a law suit now.
5 ★Great service! Idk what other people are complaining about. Same service as Verizon. Yeah it gets slow at times, but not hurtful.
3 ★Ok so it is great price and includes unlimited data, even as mobile hot spot. Thats the 3 stars. The -2 stars is the slow data rates, often under 1 mbps. It would be great if they kept it at even 5 mbps, didn't ask for much just so I can stream a video. Since it changes, its not the area.
2 ★I was assured that my data speed would never go below 5 maps before I signed up. They have consistently been below 1 maps for the past month basically leaving my phone useless. At times I lose data all together. And no I do not have a cheap phone.
4 ★There's 1 thing in particular thag separates them from the rest of the cellular companies.... unlimited Hotspot data available. Its not blistering fast but at $40/month its a great bargain. Thanks guys!
4 ★great service, easy to use app. Shaved off 1 star due to an annoyances. You can't pay early, only a week before the due date. You get bombarded with reminders several days before the due date. Change that and let us pay whenever so we can avoid your flood of reminders to pay!
3 ★service is good. app and paying online is generic. it freezes and sometimes doesn't load, also it's difficult to have phones for your kids or family member. it can't be under one account. They have to create their own it acting and then set up the party pay, which is lame
1 ★I sent a phone back & they refuse to refund it we have tried for 2 months to get this service to work for more than texting for my daughter & husband. We have been through countless SIM card & replaced their phones & have not received refunds for but 1 of them. We finally bought a phone directly from Samsung for my husband & his service was great for 1.5 weeks & now he can only text again w/a banner across the visible app saying "no service" for a service that is paid until July and 2 kids.
1 ★Data is so bad I can't use phone, much less video in messenger. 2 - 3 times a week my kids have to msg me to tell me my phone is not working. I have to reboot my phone (purched new from Visible 3 months ago) so as to receive calls.
4 ★Visible is Verizon's Divison for prepaid services. The customer service department here though is rather lacking though and extremely limited. Unlimited data and usages for such a low price... the tradeoff so far has been worth it.
