1 ★I just received my new sim card and I was having some difficulties with my access code and that LAME app! I could barely hear the representative and after a few minutes, he hung up on me! After the call, they ask you to rate the rep. I gave him a zero & then left a bad review for him. HE GETS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE STARS OR POINTS!!! They need to get it together over there! Give me a rep that speaks better english! Between the staticky call and the accent, I was lost in the sauce. Get it together!
2 ★I'm not sure what the problem is it was working perfect. Hadn't used the app for about a week and when I tried this time it asked for my phone number and everytime I entered it, it said phone number doesn't match account. I tried several times tried closing and reopening it but still same error. I shutdown and restarted the phone still nothing. So I uninstalled app it was taking forever to reinstall at 45 minutes I was at 58% so I gave up other apps download fine so it's obviously their issue.

1 ★Hello Mobile is taking a piss right now. Ever since I put that new SIM card in I can't text, call, or use data! My phone number changed even though I was GUARANTEED it wouldn't. I can't get anyone on the phone, been trying since 9:30a and it's 2:35p right now. This app doesn't recognize EITHER of my phone numbers. When I try to call out I get redirected to an automated system that says my bill is overdue. When I go to pay the bill it says it's not due until the 19th. Broken service. Don't get!!!

I have spent over three and a half hour on three separate phone calls. It seems that your employees do not know what they are talking about! 1 ★This app and the Qlink service now stinks they don't want to answer your calls and totally avoid your emails as well. I have no internet service so I have to use WiFi from outside the Qlink service. I can't receive phone calls because they go directly to my already set up voicemail that I had before this damn supposedly "New and better" SIM card and service. It's not "New and Better" it's "worse and they avoid you". I can't believe they do this to paying customers. Qlink is now a rip off.
