1 ★The worst app! I no longer get notifications via text or app, that my medicine is ready, even though I have the notifications checked. My refill requests aren't going thru & I end up having to call the pharmacy. This isn't just happening to me, it's happening to everyone in my household using different phones. The best app I ever used from a pharmacy was from CVS and that's not saying much, but it was easy to navigate, through and I never had any issues with it compared to this app. Pls fix it
1 ★This app is awful. Every single transition is a ~5 second page load, and it doesn't wait for all the content so things pop up and move as you try to tap them. Leaving the app even for a second will usually cause you to lose your place, the cart doesn't update responsively, basically every action is slow, glitchy, and frustrating.
1 ★I used this app for years now it has became a nightmare. When you sign in and click into the pharmacy I look to see the items I have to pick up and the price, there is this mixing bowl that pops up and it literally gets the app stuck and it won't clear . You have to keep closing the app, re- installing constantly and it still doesn't fix it. Take this non necessary bowl out and stop making "improvements" that have made the app horrible.
1 ★Probably one of the most broken apps on the PlayStore. Never wants to work. Always wants to throw an error when trying to login. Their backend system is absolutely horrible for the Pharmacy entirely. I feel bad for the Pharmacists that have to deal with their terrible system. Every time you try to login, it'll throw an error about not having a network connection or your account being wrong. Then when you go to relogin manually, it says something went wrong. Every, single, time. Would give 0 stars if I could.
1 ★I had used this app for a long time. After last update I cannot login from my phone or tablet. I worked with customer care 2 days trying all different options including deleting my account and re-entering all the info. Still does not work. Sent email to developer. No reply. I am very frustrated as I do everything from my phone. I see others are getting error messages too. So it is not just me. If you're going to put an app out there from a major company at least make sure it works.
2 ★This is one of the worst shopping apps l have ever used. The search is terrible, as is the categorization of items, and the interface is clunky, slow, and makes shopping a chore. To make matters worse, I put five items in my cart, then made an account. The app deleted the items. A basic no-no that every other retailer seems to understand as sloppy web design. I like rite aid as a store, but this app is bad.
1 ★Great app if you want no control over where your meds are refilled. The only reason I downloaded this app was so that I didn't have to call in every time I needed a refill. Everytime I have refilled with this app it has gone wrong. Most of the time the pharmacy doesn't have it ready for the time it let me schedule for. I bounce between two rite aid locations and this app always sends it to the wrong one. The option to choose which location only shows up half the time. Please fix this.
1 ★Addendum... Well they seem to have the login issue resolved, and the prescription ordering thing working. Very good. Now for on line shopping. The search is not functional. Anything you search for will bring up 6000 items, and if you are lucky you may happen on one or two similar items. Not the one you are looking for though. Although Amazon's search is not very good, you can usually find what you are looking for there. So there is a not-so-lofty goal for you rite aid programmers!
1 ★Terrible, which is unfortunate as my local Rite Aid store is very good - on time with our prescriptions, friendly and helpful. But the app is AWFUL. Whoever programmed this needs to be fired immediately. It crashes, it won't let you schedule your Covid-19 and flu shots together (even though the pharmacy will do that, no problem), and currently it's just scrolling back and forth endlessly when I try to open it (had to reboot the cell to stop it). Going to try uninstalling and reinstalling.
4 ★Ever since the recent update, I am unable to do the quick pay for my prescription. I get a text alert from Rite Aid that I have a prescription ready. I click on the URL and this opens the App where it normally shows the prescription. Since the recent update nothing shows. Other than that, I have always liked the App. Easy to use and navigate. I love that I can click and save coupons. I uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested and it still doesn't work.
2 ★Since they developed a new app there are constantly problems with it. The old app worked fine. They need to get the bugs out. Right now it will show that a prescription is ready for refill but when you go to the page only the square that you use to click on is there and the name of the prescription is blank. There have been several other problems but it is time consuming to try and let the company know and if you do nothing is done to correct a problem.
4 ★The only thing that would make this after better is being able to switch locations because I have 2 different locations depending on who's going to be picking up my meds. I suppose it would be nice to be able to have they phone call not leave a message as well. Myself on a does not actually tell me it when there are met new messages!
