1 ★All of the Contacts are not showing on the watch, fix this please
1 ★Attn TECH - PLEASE HELP! I use this for my uncle who has a mental disability. He is NOT capable of pressing the button to answer when it rings. I have 3 other people besides myself that help watch my uncle. Auto Answer, even tho it is turned on will NOT auto answer from anyone's phone, except mine. They are ALL listed as Guardian just as me. I called Verizon Tech, they said to return the brand new Gizmo, that it was faulty bcuz it would NOT auto Answer for other phones. I returned & same issue!
1 ★I have loved this app and phone for my son for years. A few times the app has deleted my son's phone and I had to resync, kind of annoying but glitches happen. This just happened again last week and I still can't get it to sync :( I can only call him not from the app, no GPS, text or location alerts anymore. Thank you for replying so quickly! I will try that. If it works I will come back and change my review.
4 ★Great app...just want to be able to find it when it's turned off
4 ★This app works good most of the time. The last update however , caused the texts on the texting screen to become so small , I can barely read it! This needs to be corrected- it's ridiculous.
1 ★Constantly have to login to check my kid's phones location. It would be nice if the app would update their map, we moved to a new home a year and a half ago, I still have to set their home location to an older home in my neighborhood because the map doesn't register my address. Constantly getting reports that my son is not at school, but miles away and have to refresh the location myself to make sure he is still at school. This is only the beginning of the problems..
1 ★The latest update has rendered the app useless. There's a message saying the watch is in quiet mode and now I can't make that message disappear, nor can I text my child, access settings or check updates because the notification that it's in quiet mode will not go away and can't be deleted. It's literally blocking my access to all of the other features. I also can't compose a text anymore. I regret installing this update.
1 ★Yes as others have said the new update sucks. It does what ever it wants to do, the device is clearly not in quiet mode however a message keeps popping up saying it is and won't let me do anything. How. I suppose to keep track ofy kids like this. This needs to be fixed asap or I'll have to do away with this app and gizmo.
1 ★The app is not recognizing the number to our watch, which is activated. But now we can not finish setting up the watch due to the app. Was on the phone on hold for an hour then on the phone an hour trouble shooting with a Verizon technician. So 2 hours wasted of my life. Also it would be nice if you could use other devices besides a smart phone to get on account of set up account
1 ★PER DEVELOPER RESPONSE: 1. If my watch's hardware is no longer supported and will no longer work, can you provide a message in the app explaining the situation? This way customers will be informed without playing Sherlock Holmes for possibly 2-4 hours troubleshooting something they can never fix. Also I think its the most considerate/responsible thing to do for your customers. 2. Can you verify that that CDMA is the issue, and respond to this post so if other people having the same problems can see it? ORIGINAL POST: This app is junk it will not pair an Android 10 phone to a gizmopal 2 (by lg) using the phone number. Since the QR code I had originally rubbed off on the phone presumably, I have no way to pair it with my new phone. Customer service advised me to do a factory reset and now the Gizmo won't work at all because it doesn't have any contacts. Please provide an old version of the app ( until you get your stuff together) so we can use our gizmos again.
