1 ★Downloaded app but it won't let me open it. It opens to an explanation Page and says at the very end "are you ready to get started" but it won't let me click on anything and won't scroll, it won't let you make any kind of action. 9/15/2020 update: there is no update. 6 months later and no resolution. No one to talk to or no one knows how to help. Useless app.
1 ★Like others have mentioned, I can no longer log into the app. It is "unable to authenticate" my username and password, even though I can log just fine using a browser. Previously when the Ticket Twosday benefit was offered, you can only redeem via app and not the browser. There were also many issues with being able to successfully use that promotion as well, but now the app is basically useless if one cannot log in.
1 ★I routinely get notifications from this app but 98% of the time it doesnt let me login I get authentication error. The 1% of the time that I actually get in it typically says that that offer has expired. Calling an app a "Thanks" app that doesn't work is a real kick in the teeth. And looking at the similar reviews with no response from att is pretty disappointing
1 ★App work about 50% of the time. You have a better chance of getting struck 2 times by lightning then you do winning any of the freebies or give aways. My first month as a customer I did win a couple small valued gift cards. I received those... (it's been so long now I cant even remember what they were for) Don't waste your time with this app..!
1 ★It's great to be offered opportunities to register in the sweepstakes for various items. However every time I try, my email address is deemed invalid. This is interesting as I get notifications and bill updates through the same email address.
1 ★Just like everyone else...login issues!!! Please look into it and fix it. It's appalling how the developers have yet to do anything preventing people from using the app. Overall, this app is absolutely useless and 100% worthless.
1 ★stuck at authenticating for at least a month now, so i can't sign in. Update. Still can't sign in months later. AT&T is absolutely no help at all. Another update: This app is still horrible. Update June 2020: still a worthless app, they promote offers, but I can't enter without signing in. August 2020 Update: Still garbage. Notifications that I can win. It would be a win if I could sign into the App.
1 ★Infuriating & Terrible app that seldom let's you to actually login. When you are actually able to login, it doesn't let you remain logged in despite selecting the option at login, and requires you to login again which may or may not work the next time around. No problem getting the notifications of offers, but can't actually access the system to even take advantage of them.
1 ★The app rarely works. It keeps closing out and sometimes it won't even load properly. It's frustrating to have an app to "Thank" us for being customers but doesn't work. 9/22/20: Update- This app is worse than before. It won't authenticate so now I can't log in. This doesn't make me, a long time customer, feel appreciated at all.
1 ★'AT&T Thanks' as in "Thanks for wasting my time." Every time I try to use this app, it says "It appears you aren't connected to the internet." And yet, I'm connected to my AT&T internet. Ironic. AT&T Thanks but no thanks.
1 ★Doesn't work at all for me. When I try to use the app after logging on I get the message: " You do not appear to be connected to the internet. ...." My phone is connected to the internet. AT&T THANKS for the worthless app.
1 ★I've been an att customer for over a month now, so I trust I'm "in the system." every time I log in, I get a message that I don't appear to be connected to the internet, whether on wifi or mobile data. I've reinstalled, and the problem persists. Not a good experience.
