1 ★Pain to begin. will it be that bad to use. been trying for a month the get on line to the 5 different accounts. would not say I like Verizon yet. nothing but problems.
2 ★Somehow worse than the web portal. Doesn't remember login credentials. Can't search by user for upgrading devices, you have to be autistic and know the users TFN. Can't do buddy upgrades from here either.

1 ★The app is terrible. Not sure why they can't set this up to be more customer oriented. I have more problems trying to use this app than all the rest of my apps combined. It's just so UN user friendly. Update 10/28/2018. Finally got back into the site, but cant use finger print. The security is worse than any of the banks I use.
2 ★There service coverage has been fairly reliable overall. However, there Verizon Wireless apps are not convenient to use at all. There password restrictions are so strict, good luck if you're one that likes to remember instead of saving it somewhere. In addition to being over priced. Especially for small businesses or individual service plans with many hidden fees. I wouldn't recommend any of there wireless services to anyone unless maybe you need services for a large family or corporation.
1 ★The worst app ever. It fails to save much of anything. Won't save auto pay or my log in finger print. The customer service is horrible. Hours on the phone ping ponged between different departments. They contradict their own emails. Wound up going in to the brick and mortar to get help removing my business account. I have a headache anytime I have to contact them.
1 ★Takes me too long to pay my bill. Keeps rejecting password and your password criteria is a PIA! Won't let me use passwords I've used before...ridiculous. If your phone service was as bad as this app I'd be with AT&T in a minute. Sometimes I get so frustrated trying to pay my bill I give up and drive to a store.
1 ★Worst business app ever. Cannot enroll in auto draft from a business account even though I spent time on the phone with an actual agent confirming that this was set up. Never issued an ebill even though I have signed up multiple times for paperless billing. (Enrollment in both of these supposedly discounts each line $5, so we are denied this discount.) Added bill notification for my phone through this app and never received notification. Just re-enrolled in it again. Thanks for nothing, Verizon.
1 ★This app is very terrible. Everytime I log on to pay my bill, it will display an error when using my fingerprint so what's the point of having that convenient option if it will not work anyway. Then, when entering my credit card info, it has my past payment method saved either through Google or the app so I can just click to auto fill after entering the security code of the card I'm using. However, I still have to enter all the info so auto fill doesn't work either.
1 ★Its never correct, I paid my bill , and it shows past due, I click on pay bill then it shows I paid it, when I log back on again it shows past due, it's all messed up, verizon only cares about money in there pocket. There one talk app is garbage too, if you want your accurate bill you will basically have to either call them up and be on hold for 45 minutes or log into the main website and hopefully that one is updated. 99% of verizon employees do not do there jobs, there IT department is the worst I ever seen, they are all probably making 6 figures and none of there apps work properly.. the quality of work in today's world is just bad all the way around..
1 ★Terrible! Don't waste time and money... This app barely works for phone calls, it drops calls all the time and even when it doesn't it cuts in and out making it hard to hear your customers. My Verizon reception with my regular phone is fine, makes no sense why this wouldn't be. Seems to work better when connected to wifi, which also makes no sense... Texts and missed calls will show up days later, giving me a bad business reputation for not getting back to people promptly...
1 ★Disappointing overall. The app should be used to manage your account, instead it's just another way to try and sell items. The app is hard to use, and when you finally figure out where you want to be the data won't load. Why isn't billing and usage a priority on the front page? The scrolling photos work great, that's about it.
