1 ★-10 stars. Legit might drop Verizon just for doing this to their customers. Already an expensive phone service, and then you just decide to delete everyone's cloud data and make them pay more to get it back? And it doesn't even come back after paying extra? Yup, bye.

1 ★Started paying the $6 a month for the cloud and all of my old pictures are gone like are you kidding me Verizon!!!!! I have old pictures of people who are no longer with us. I'm definitely leaving Verizon after this experience.
2 ★This app use to be great but the last couple of days I've been trying to access my backups but haven't been able to. Everytime I go into the app none of my stuff loads. And now it freezes on "My Albums" and won't let me click on anything else. All I get is a loading pin wheel and keeps telling me to connect to a Network to view my pictures or videos when even when I'm using my mobile data. SMH this is so frustrating ugh.
1 ★Sucks beyond sucking. Login takes me in a continuous cycle of logging in, kicking out. I actually get in one in 50 tries. Worst freaking app ever. Web site is as bad. Just don't use Verizon cloud/backup. Don't do it. Someone please tell me another backup solution that doesn't suck this bad.

1 ★Are you kidding me?????? I pay $70/mth for data usage and NOW have to pay extra to back up my contacts?????? Uninstalling this app, WHICH CAME ON MY VERIZON PHONE AND WAS THE ONLY BACKUP AVAILABLE AND ALL OF MY OTHER FILES ARE GONE, EXCEPT MY CONTACTS!!!!! After my phone was stolen, I thought I had lost all my pictures and everything of importance on my phone, but after unintentionally finding the cloud app and restoring my data I got back a lot of what I thought had been lost. 4 ★I appreciate this app. I lost my phone and lost all of a lot of memories except the cloud.
1 ★Have spent at least 6 hours over the course of the last month on with Verizon support. My issues are still unresolved. They keep giving me a case number,, but no one can solve or fix the problem.. Cloud will not back up my photos. Also added the unlimited storage to share with my family. Will not allow them to use the function, and would not even let me send an invite to one of them. This situation is really unacceptable! Verizon is usually better than this.

1 ★Two hours on chat with Verizon. Cloud spins and spins. I have 1,843 photos dating back to 2010 and I see only 10 photos. I pay extra for cloud storage. Chat offered no help. I already tried every single option that they were suggesting with absolutely no results. Complete waste of two hours. I just want my photos back. Not asking for much. It's a simple photo app using the cloud. It should work.
