Identity
Google Play™ services needs this in order to send you push notifications. BCBSM won’t use anything related to your identity that isn’t associated with your account with us.
Wi-Fi connection
This access allows the BCBSM app to check for an active internet connection, which allows the app to function correctly.
Photos and other media
We use this access to deliver PDFs to you and to display your virtual ID card. BCBSM will not access or use your pictures or saved files for any other reason.

How to install BCBSM APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★I don't know how they could have screwed up an app more than they have the phone situation. Seriously I can never get logged in. I just went ahead and tried to do the autofill and with the little eyeball I found out that the autofill was incorrect! I know what this password is and i put it in correctly. I got a letter 2 weeks ago with the information about 2020 costs and then I got an email saying you sent me the wrong info. What gives
1 ★Most of the time, I can't even get the app to open. I enter my login information and all I get is the little spinning "busy" symbol like its trying to load something. This is my company's new insurance provider and I am not impressed so far.
3 ★Was great before the update. Now everywhere I try to go I get, "We've encountered a technical error. Sorry about that. Try again, but if this occurs another time, try back a bit later." I try it again a bit later but same thing every time.
1 ★Insurance was a huge disappointment..Started out very excited about the policy benefits & premiums. After 7 months & never had to use it, I was cancelled & was eventually told I would be required to switch to a policy out of Texas BCBS, higher premiums & deductible, less benefits. However, info was issued to non-functioning email thru a postmaster.& until I discovered it my time frame lapsed.
1 ★I can never get anything or any correct answer using this app. , I am a member of bcbs essentials medicare plan and this app. Never works probably , it always goes to either a pdf that i can't read on a mobile phone, just terrible and i have the ppo essentials advantage plan, can't get a simple rx price or why it when from about $6 to $ 298 dollars crazy!
5 ★Thank you for making an insurance app that isn't complete garbage. I like this app a lot and it can do basically everything I need. Looks great, feels snappy, and loads all the info you'd find on the full site. Very good!
1 ★Cannot log into app. Graphics are screwed up on the login page and Disclaimer is layered over top of the Login button - so every time I push Login, I get the Disclaimer. I have pushed everywhere on the screen and nothing works. I've never had a problem with the app up until now.
1 ★Trying to register for a health club discount and the page does not load. Everytime i get the wheel of death, then i have to log out then in again. Currently i only have tablet and phone access and i can not register. This app is terrible.
1 ★With the newest update, the app crashes with an "app has stopped" continual error message on my Galaxy S7, even when it's not running. Tried deleting cache and data. Uninstalling was the only way to stop it.
1 ★Does not want to login, always just says unexpected technical error. Won't allow fingerprint access either. Really big issue that needs fixing before. Can't say what other issues it may have cause I can't even access my account...
1 ★Horrible!!!!!! Have installed and tried 5 times to register. Let's me get to the second page and the just hangs up not allowing to go further. Also I, my deceased son, grandson, and great grandson all share the same name with just a numeral suffix. When asked security questions to verify my identity it asks me questions pertaining to my deceased son's past addresses and about his ex-wife. Not sure I'd even use the app if I could install it if they can't get my information correct w/ my bday.
1 ★This app used to work great!!! But in the recent weeks, I can't even log in. What happened? I can log in on the regular website but the app crashes before login. Even uninstalled and reinstalled.
