1 ★If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would. Horrible app. Tried to get my local agent to help and they were virtually useless. App constantly requires me to log in, sends a confirmation text but only allows 3 every 24hrs. Incorrectly displays data usage and sends warnings about overage but I cannot verify the data we've used. Absolutely horrible.
4 ★I'm loving my time with Verizon. I get quality service, but the wait is long when I go in the businesses. Today, I solved my own problem. So now I can go. I've been here over 30 minutes waiting. I can go now because I just helped myself. This should not be but. I Did It myself...
1 ★Glitchy. Tried removing Disney+ but kept getting errors. Finally was able to cancel but it did it immediately without giving me the option to keep it until the free trial expired. No way to get it back. If I had been getting billed for it there wouldn't have been a way to cancel it immediately.
2 ★Update to the new downgrade. This used to be one of the smoothest apps on my phone. Now I can no longer open the app with fingerprint scan. Have to type in my user name and password each time, even if you click on "remember me."
1 ★Crashes I restart to have it crash again within 2 minutes. My data has never been so slow as it has thus last 3 months. I travel for a living, it's like this nation wide. Verizon had always been the best but I'm now looking at other options for my 6 lines. Not worth the 300 plus a month.
1 ★Update: completely locked out even with a fresh password. I've lost rewards and am unable to collect the current one. I don't care for getting the logout confirmation screen when I hit the back button, however, the app is indeed very useful for managing my account and I feel secure when doing so.
3 ★Over a long period of time, I have had a wide variety of problems with Verizon including continuous issues with hackers attempting to take over my accounts and successfully doing so. It is disturbing that Verizon does not have more corporate stores.
1 ★Most useless app ever! Can't even reset the password. Let alone attempt to pay your phone off. Verizon IT needs to look into why I'm giving this a 1 star. What an useless app. Also will note that their website is as bad too on the phone. Can't even get into my account. I need to switch providers I think.
1 ★I've had pretty terrible experience with Verizon, but their app is even worse. Most of the links are broken. Anytime I have an issue, they tell me to use the "chat with us" link and guess what's broken and has never worked since I've used the app - yup, the chat bot. I've had to change my number with Verizon because since the day they gave me my new phone and number I've had spam calls almost daily. Now that I have changed my number with them, I'm getting spam text messages nonstop.
4 ★There are a lit of benefits by being part of the Verizon Wireless Service, however it is still the most expensive and these "Fees" that seem to come our of nowhere are very agitating. The App is also "quirky" sometimes. There are times when I can use it flawlessly, yet others that are very problematic. There's no rhyme or reason to it that I've found....
1 ★Another Vzn Failure; go figure! The sign-in functions fantastic; however, Chat and ALL Account management functionality produces, "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later." Surprisingly, even adding features failed!
1 ★Customer service is dead. They don't answer their phones. Their online chat sucks. Theres a big disconnect with outsourcing customer service. So I left Verizon for TMobile. T-Mobile has live and real people to talk with. T-Mobile's cell reception had been better than Verizon's. With Verizon I can have full bars or service and no internet. I'm so glad I left Verizon. All these years of Verizon screwing me over with problems. I'll never go back to Verizon. You've burnt you're bridges with me!
