1 ★This is the worst food delivery app ever! I just got my order, more than 2hrs after I ordered it from a restaurant less than 15mins walk from the salon where I was getting my hair done. I called the delivery guy after waiting over an hour.. He was rude and dropped the phone on me. I tried to cancel but glove was going to charge me the full cost because "it was already on the way", when it hadn't even been picked up. They reassigned it to another driver after I suggested so in the help section
1 ★Horrible. I made my first order, it was too big so they sent it in two stages, the first got on time and everything was good, the second was delivered but upon delivery it got cancelled by itself, the delivery person had to take the order with them. I have been waiting for the refund for three weeks now, every time I ask the customer service, I get an automatic message and nothing else after. My money in the trash.
1 ★There is no way to make contact in case of any issue. I placed orders twice and paid, and for whatever reason, it was cancelled. The customer care person said not to worry, I'd get my money back, I shrugged it off thinking it'd be deducted for my next order. This is 6 full days, and nothing has happened, two different orders!. This is annoying, and they will not allow you to pay on delivery. They insist on deducting before service. I don't blame you people, I blame Jumia and bolt food.
1 ★Horrible app. I do not recommend it at all. It's a very poor app, misleading, with an intentionally poorly created interface that makes it difficult to cancel orders and request reimbursement. Although they claim to reimburse you for orders not delivered, delivered partially or damaged, or delayed, they do not compensate you. They consistently blame others without taking responsibility. The customer service provides only standard responses designed to discourage you from claiming anything.
1 ★Significant Reliability Issues. Scheduled a meal delivery for 1:00-1:30 PM via Glovo at 11:00 AM. Unexpectedly, at 1:20 PM, received a cancellation email with no prior notification. This incident raises serious concerns about Glovo's overall reliability, not just for time-sensitive orders. The lack of communication, despite ample time to inform, suggests a fundamental service flaw. Not advisable for situations where meal delivery assurance is essential.
1 ★I am beyond livid with anger. I made payment for an order, waited over 2hours,spoke with a glovo customer support and she told me my order would be delivered, whereas the courier rider says he can't deliver my order. So basically, you kept me waiting for nothing. My food ordered, I didn't get it. My refund for the food I ordered, I haven't seen it. I'm exceedingly disappointed and would be deleting this app.
3 ★product prices are higher than on other apps. prime delivery is available only for a couple of restaurants(not the good ones) and small order fees, and other fees still apply. bought the same meal from another app, and the difference was more than 30 ron overall (with prime subscription) wich is pretty much useless. 3 stars because the delivery is always fast.
1 ★Would give zero if possible. Ordered some food and when orser arrived everything was covered in coke. Simply uneatable. Binned it. Send photo to customer service and here problems started. They said i wont get a refund cause they need more photos. When i said eveeything is in the bin now, they only offered me refund of coke. Its a joke!!! Dont order through this app, cause if you'll have any issues you wont get any help. Scammers thats all!!
1 ★There is definitely something wrong with the app. If you have credit card set as a payment method, app can fail at the point of order confirmation giving you a error message and still fully charging your card. Update: They just closed my support ticket without giving me any answer. Well, guess I'm calling my bank to make a refund.
1 ★Please and please, stop charging exorbitantly for food packs that you don't send. It's annoying that I must pay for 3 big packs for 3 pieces of yam (which can comfortably fit into 1pack) and when you're sending u give me only one pack. Who takes the money for the packs you don't send. This has happened time and time again, I am beginning to wonder if this is a conspiracy btw vendors and glovo app to rip customers off? Please address this or I'd have to delete this app.
1 ★I don't think I've ever ordered from glovo and was fully content. There is always something - mixed order, long delivery. They even forgot to deliver my order once and didn't feel like paying me back - I had to aply for it and they told me they had 14 days for a refund. The only reason I still order from them occasionally is because they provide groceries and have a restaurant I like I can't order from via any other app. And now I'm eating cold food because my delivery was late. Don't recommend
1 ★Never available for orders and when it is, the order takes too long and is cold, jumbled up, they don't handle the orders well. Never had a problem with payment or cancellation but the app generally isn't good
