Description
For a limited time, all Fuel Rewards members receive instant Gold Status.The Fuel Rewards® program (aka Fuel Rewards Network or FRN), is a free loyalty program that helps you save money on fuel at over 11,000 Shell stations, nationwide. Fuel Rewards members with Gold Status save at least 5¢gal on every fill-up. You can earn additional Fuel Rewards savings when you shop, dine, book travel and more. Rewards are cumulative, and there is no limit to how much you can save. Rewards apply to any fill-up, up to 20 gallons.

WAYS TO EARN REWARDS
At Shell: With Gold Status, you’ll save at least 5¢/gal on every fill-up at participating Shell stations. Also, you can earn rewards at select Shell stations when you purchase snacks, beverages, car washes and more. (If you don't maintain Gold Status, you'll drop to Silver Status and save 3¢/gal on every fill-up at participating Shell stations)
Dine: Earn 10¢/gal for every $50 you spend at more than 10,000 participating restaurants nationwide with a linked Mastercard, Visa, or American Express credit/debit card. (you must use as credit, not debit)
Shop: Earn at least 5¢/gal for every $50 you spend at select local and online merchants.
Travel: Earn 5¢/gal for every $50 spent when you book hotels, flights, and rental cars, through the Fuel Rewards program.

4 ★Overall I like the app. I think it's great who they partner with and that they offer such great deals. I don't like the station locator, however. There are several stations that don't exist. I'm not sure how that happened, but it makes it hard to trust it at all.
3 ★I used to love this app until I noticed that the dinning rewards never comes in. I go to Dunkin donuts daily and never got the rewards been in Giovanni at least 3times a month and didn't got my rewards either and so on at this point all this rewards app are a scam and their rewards are limited. They always got an excused and you loose the credits. Is pointless!
3 ★In order to get 5* they need to make it so I can use the fuel rewards credit card they offered me in the app and not have to login online to access it and have 2 separate accounts basically... it's annoying how you can only use the app or the card but can't have them linked when you got the card from inside the app... hope this made sense... would also like to see my t-mobile Rewards automatically added rather than having to always input a code every week...
1 ★"Unable to process at this time" error message. First time using it. I know how to use it and am comfortable with tech situations. I am Uninstalling without using it. BAD EXPERIENCE! Fix it please!
5 ★This is a great little app for Shell gas customers. Especially if you fuel up there regularly. Having a rewards account give you money off each gallon and with the partners they have you can get even more money off each fill up. The t-mobile integration is especially useful and easy to use.
5 ★I started using this app because of T-mobile Tuesdays. It is the best fuel finder app I've ever used. I have 5 others, including gas buddy which I hate. Fuel Rewards is very user friendly and has allowed us to save money and time whether on the road or at home.
3 ★The App is good however the shell in store purchase does not always register as an award. For instance I purchased 9 snapples and had them entered in quantities of 3 each 3times. I did not receive 18 cents off a gallon yet.
1 ★My transactions aren't counting towards my rewards. Defeats the entire purpose of the app/program. I've reached out to customer service via phone and the woman hung up on me. I've emailed them as well and have not gotten a response. App doesn't work and customer service is non-existent.
1 ★Forgot my password. Every time over the last year when I tried to reset it, the app tells me it is unable to send a security code at this time. Tried to setup a new account with a different email but my same and only phone number and it says there is already an account with that number. I can't use the app, what good is that? I give up!
4 ★I have been using this app to get my discount, I actually have had once where I got $0.25 a gallon off, and a couple of times where got $0.10 a gallon off. But I would think that by now, I would be getting $0.10 or $0.15 a gallon off on a regular basis. Please let me know what I need to do, to get more off on a regular basis.
1 ★App does not keep accurate track of points or money spent at Shell that goes towards points. Whenever I have the "10 cent off" it always gives me 5 cents off instead of 10 at the pump, then resets. Whats the point? If you wanted to take my money and not give me anything but services purchased juss seh dhet lmao! Don't lead me on with false promises. I still will shop here but it would be nice to get something in return when loyalty is present.
1 ★I like this app alot been using it for a long time now , but now I'm starting to hated, it need to show what Shell Gas station is doing rewards so I can earn a gold status every time I fuel up. But now I see the only gas station that I love going to doesn't even do rewards. #Sucks & also the goldstatus doesnt even work when u go to a another shell gas station how I posted to know that gas station not doing any fuel rewards. #ThisAppSucks #FixTheApp.
