1 ★After the last two updates, the application has become a disaster in every sense of the word. After opening the application, only the writing appears. There is a lot of heaviness in downloading the content, and there are other errors that have been reported to so-called support, but there is no life for whomever you call. This is without mentioning the bad discounts and promotions and closing orders for no reason understood, if this platform continued in this way, it will soon disappear. What ar
1 ★One of the worst shopping apps ever! The app is intended to be deceiving. The picture for an item is almost always the most expensive version, and the displayed price is always the cheapest version. So the only way to find what the actual cost for the displayed item, is to manually step through every option. Which in fact you may or may not be able to see due to the tiny, tiny thumbnail sized image, that you cant expand! Then for your pleasure you get to do this for every item!
1 ★You may or may not receive your order. If you do not, be prepared to jump through months of hoops to try to get a refund. The only dispute process is to call the courier that never received the item and get them to certify non receipt. Very shady in bait and switch pricing, too. An item will list at one price, but it's actually another price, but posted with an entirely different item that is the first price. Shady all around.
3 ★Love how all of the products are very reasonably priced but you definitely have to read the description on each product because some of the items are misleading and you think your getting one thing when it's something totally different like a comforter set and all you get is the comforter shell sheet. Also it takes forever for some of the products to be delivered while some of them are delivered within a week but I guess it's worth it when your paying way less than what you would anywhere else.
3 ★Products are excellent. However cancelling orders is difficult and laborious. Substantial discounts did not get applied to the orders as promised by ae and any further orders had to be held up. This is very distressing and will cause problems for the whole months purchases. Tracking is becoming an issue .The product has been delivered and is excellent. The closing process does need to be improved a little bit to make accidents less likely. More like the reviews where each item is checked off.
4 ★App is very stable. It is not the most responsive to your search terms, it seams to take your search and use it as a suggestion. It also chooses what stores show up in the search, some of the better stores ro not show up and you need to look at the list of similar items at the bottom of an item to see the better stores. If you save something to a favorite it is not quick or easy to see your list, it is kind of hidden.
1 ★The app is infested with unwanted popups, coupon scams, and misleading promotions. Most sellers are untrustworthy, the products are junk, and there's no support because the site and sellers are all savvy to the tricks necessary to game the system. If you have any complaints or problems with an order, they just ban you. They only accept credit cards so your only option in case of fraud is a chargeback. There's nothing they sell that is worth the hassle of dealing with deceptive overseas sellers.
4 ★I have brought items using this app and the app works well, very easy to find what you are looking for, they have a huge variety of items and prices are good, free shipping can be slow if you don't want to pay for shipping. But all in all the app is great, I enjoy using it. Update, I have recently notice that some sellers are showing an item with a low price but when you go to puchase it, it is not that item. It is a different item for the lower price. And the item you wanted cost more. Unfair.
3 ★It helps to know which vendors/shops are verified, to keep from wasting time and money on those with bad ratings. Also, I love that more vendors are including tracking that's more reliable and updated until the package is delivered. One thing that I didn't like at all was losing all the points I had accumulated after having upgraded my phone. I re-downloaded the app with my correct info (50,000 coins gone). As it continues to improve, I'll update my review of this app and the vendors I've used.
4 ★So far, I've had no bad experience with Ali Express... in fact, I kinda love this app very much! Checking out can be kind of confusing, though. Just make sure you thoroughly read the description and do research before purchasing. Otherwise, you can't help but enjoy browsing. I end up with a cart load every time. **Don't forget to use store coupons when available!**
5 ★If you're able to spend the time to research and compare products to one another, you can clearly see the killer deals on things that'd you would normally pay 2-3 times more for on other shopping apps! I've ordered about ~20 items give or take. Items ranging between $0.99-to-$180 and I've never had any bad or questionable experiences, and the things that I ordered more often than not arrived being much high quality than I was expecting by looking at the photos on the site. I'd recommend!!
5 ★Overall, the app itself is ok. A little confusing to navigate at first if you don't know where to look for certain things, such as your recent purchases (on bottom row, "account", then near the top "view all". I'm still unsure about how to obtain and redeem coupons, coins, and other bonuses. Refunds and returns are easy enough, although depending on the item, a return isn't always required to obtain a refund. 08/23/2023 unable to update app. No details given, just won't update.
