1 ★Glovo is not going well believe me bolt and tazz will take the place soon because the order that given by the app is very far also when it is double order, imagine also waiting time with restaurants and the customers complain every time because of the waiting time.
1 ★You can't prove to support that the delivery point was way too far from the one that indicated by user. So, you often may earn far less from your actual mileage. And there's also a lot of minor issues, mainly with their chatbot. Often you can't access a person but that damn bot that doesn't solve your issue. If you choose another option from bot to access a person, they close the chat because of the wrong reason chosen. So, sometimes it's very hard both for courier and customer to solve.
1 ★It's freezing when you commute between this app and another app that is open in your phone background (like google maps). Sometimes it just shows a white screen and you have to close the app and restart it. Also they cut off option to report 'waiting time payment adjustment' Update: challenges are too hard, no normal person can do 27 orders in a day, with a car, in the busiest city in eastern europe(Bucharest). Now they updated challenges and made them even harder, more orders,for less payment
2 ★The earnings per delivery are actually cool, but Glovo don't understand what is called emergency, for instance your bike got spoilt there's no way you can contact them, even after turning off AA button 🔘, they'll will still flag you for no show. The earnings are cool like I said, but the operation system of glovo is not for human but for robot 🤖. because we're not expected to give excuses even if it's necessary. they'll block your account. So you people needs to put yourself in our shoes 👟
1 ★cancelling order is cancer. so awful system. if it's up to courier to choose then why it take up to 20 min to cancel this? stupid
5 ★glovo is the best app in terms of delivery and also simple to use.
5 ★please fix the base rate 1 or .90 as you think better and also limit minimum rate per km to 30 cent it will increase your delivery because the rider will do only glovo then when you fix this
1 ★Many times doesn't show the order then msg comes that your order is rejected due to time
1 ★Does not support komoot as navigation. Orders disappear and reappear for no reason. When I receive an order I have to restart the app every single time in order to be able to press anything that is not blank. Drains battery life much more than competitor apps. Also cannot open the app without using location and is super needy with those notifications. When I receive an order music is too low and it results in not knowing I have an order or you need to check your phone every minute. Worst app exp
1 ★The app is full of bugs. Oftentimes frezzes and stop working. Wasting time for rider as it has to many steps to go trough and the app get stucked in that process. I would advise Glovo Managers and PMs to redesign the app and make it much more simpler. That way it'll have less bugs for shure. Totally missed the point of efficient delivery app by all means!
1 ★With every update gets worse and worse. A disgrace to human kind of an app. 1. you can't change ringtone when you get an order, i HATE that 2. no dark mode 3. when someones order is ready, all couriers get a notification ... ...
4 ★This is the best place I have ever been, but please try to do something about app in a way that the app will be working perfectly unlike the other day I have to go to a destination two times just to deliver one same other
