A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Only let me down once without any explanation. Otherwise very reliable. Hope that at some time they'll allow us to name our devices to whatever we want. Might stop so many accidental activations due to someone on the TV. Do Not care for adverts being announced and I don't need to be told over and over that she won't tell me who sent something at xmas. Not happened too much but if they ever try to increase those I'll immediately throw them away.
3 ★It misbehaves regularly. I'm not sure that I want it in my home. I do not suffer fools lightly, and this AI hears "Alexa SHUT UP " a Lot. This all started when a friend got us a ring doorbell. I got a camera/floodlight, so I'm kinda locked in now. I will update the adventure.
1 ★Well, where do I begin. My echo was working fine, then one day, stopped working. After consecutive hours and attempts of doing the same steps with the tech support who kept leaving the text chat and me having to repeat my self and said steps, I got nowhere. Kept being told that my device can't connect to wifi......honestly,tech support was not helpful. Asking me restart me wifi, my dot, reinstall the Alexa app, signing out and in, nothing helped. Useless. It shouldn't be that hard right?
2 ★When using the shopping list, the app missed the quantity almost every time. Also, the Pandora function cannot connect to my custom Pandora stations even when I am logged into my account. As these are the two features I use the most, which makes this app very frustrating.
1 ★They are listening to everything you say in your house and then using it against you specifically by selling to the advertisers. And the IRS CALLS you receive is also part of this database they generate and sell. This app is in begining stage. still a lot of room for improvement. After a lots of update this app has developed more errors. It looses wifi connection all the time. One Alexa will recognize the command while in another room the other Alexa will say "I did not find that switch or plug"
2 ★Difficult to use and even harder to tell one device from another. "Second" or "Third Firestick" is not helpful. And why do I have to use the app to connect an Echo Dot to a new Bluetoith speaker?! I should just be able to say "connect". That's how other devices work!
2 ★Whenever a vendor updates their app Alexa requires the app to be re addded. As a disabled persons carer, I find this process flawed. Because it isn't scheduled or notified the first the end user knows of it is a loss of service. In the latest case Samsung updated its app which dropped TV control from Alexa. No big deal for the able but a real problem for disabled who rely on others to keep things going. Ah blame the vendor I here you say. Well yes but you are the service provider, streamline it!
1 ★New update drains 50 percent of more of my battery while only running in background. I force stop it daily to save my battery. Tech support was useless. Just told me to close the app when not in use and clear the cache. Now the app won't show my alarms so I have to yell at her to change them and never seems to hear me correctly. Any advise on what to disable to fix the and still use my devices is appreciated.
3 ★Nice app, but very sluggish. The app loads really slowly and takes a few seconds to respond to taps, especially when trying to bring up a list of devices. Also the music player needs a lot of work in terms of song suggestions.
1 ★I was an early user of Alexa and I was very happy with my Alexa/hue setup. But beginning this year Alexa lost all connectivity to my hue lights. Had multiple helpdesk tickets but all they did was point to signify, and tell me to reset everything. And the response sometimes took weeks. Never did a technical assistant actually look at why the lights don't work in alexa. I now borrowed another brand smart home and it has no problem whatsoever to connect to hue!! So Amazon get your act together!
1 ★My Alexa app on android phone was fine till it updated. Now the app has no dark mode setting. . As the screen is in brilliant white, it's just a battery drain now - so I avoid using the app as much as possible. . Amazon really needs to address this!!! JULY 2021 ... Still not fixed!! 😡
5 ★The app is always improving. The automation side of alexa is evolving quickly. The real beauty of alexa is routines and linking devices like sonoff rf Bridge and broadlink rm pro to basically make every sensor or remote compatible. The American version is much better than UK. They have more options available in USA which I find very disappointing. The app is not the finished version and I think of improvements every day.
