4 ★Decent app. Keeps my family connected. Location tracking is good. Roadside assistance, available with subscription, has saved my behind a couple times. I would like to see improvements with the notifications. There is often a delay or they are inaccurate. Opening the app will give accurate information though. Also, you can see travel history with times and maps for a few days w/ free version or 30days with subscription. You can also send emergency alerts to your circle or call for help (911)
2 ★It technically works. It does its job. But the UI is so frustrating. It complains about battery saver with no way to disable the warning even though it never affects anything on my phone. Also the amount of times I've clicked "Lova ya!" by accident... Just make it where you touch and hold a person and the quick messages pop up like reactions when texting. I swear there's like 8 different places to do that one thing. I feel like this whole app could be simplified while adding some functionality.
4 ★This app is actually handy! My boys enjoy using it as well as more than one time I got a message about a fast food joint I was coming up to. Really, the only drawback is the constant ads to buy up or subscribe to. This might be useful to others, but if I decline subscribing for my reason, popping the ad back up the very next time I open the app is frustrating.
4 ★UPDATE: Sounds issues seem to have been corrected. I now get the notifications. Good app that does what it's supposed to. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that still sometimes the app doesn't seem to update the location. Was convinced my son wasn't where he said he was... but he was able to prove his location. Did the same with me and the wife. Regardless of these issues, I would still recommend. Hoping the premium version doesn't have these issues when I upgrade.
4 ★This app has a clean and satisfying layout, it is satisfying and convenient for me because of the accessibilty and convienence. However, one time when my phone was lost, the tracker said that my phone was on the street; it was obvious the phone was not there, but still the location was checked and was a red herring as the phone was in my bag. The phone was shown to be at home, and perhaps appeared as in my bag, but it was still a hassle. So is there any way you can improve tracking in the app?
2 ★Works pretty well. The bubble around locations aren't accurate in size. Too often it isn't accurate as to when you're leaving a location. I pay for the premium and expect better. I have tried contacting you several times with issues such as showing drives that never happened, being at places that we were not at, not being able to set arrive/leave notifications. There has never been any return contact. *Would love to email. Tred it many times with absolutely no response.*
4 ★It's not perfect. It does have delays in updating and there are times I get notifications to connect to WiFi for better accuracy when I'm on the highway and in the middle of no where and have no Wi-Fi but all in all it's good and fairly accurate. Would like to see more features at the lower levels to not feel so cash grabby but it is what it is in today's economy
2 ★Stupid popup for permissions! Every. Single. Time. I. Open. The. App. The app works fine without the permission so what's the deal??? Here's a great idea, as a courtesy to your paying user, make the meaningless popup smaller and not in my face when I open your app. Aside from that very annoying issue..great app. Easy to use and works reliably.
5 ★I'd heard that this app was better than location sharing and others so we tried it, YES!! When it was just my husband and I it was so accurate in real time, I did find that by adding more people it became less accurate in real time but it is still an outstanding app. Living in the mountains we track each other.. I went to the university My husband called and asked why I was walking around the parking garage for 40 minutes, He could see it! (yes, couldn't remember where I parked lol) I recommend
1 ★For the past few weeks, same issues as others. The notification has no sound or vibrates on my phone when it used to, and yes, I have all my allows turned on & still nothing! Very frustrating when your kid is at college & if they try to use SOS or crash detection, will those work??? I'm paying for gold & not even getting free notification. 😒 please fix this bug ASAP!
1 ★The App was wonderful. Now all the sudden no sound app notifications. I pay for monthly subscription and it is kind of pointless without notifications. I have tried several times to get the issue resolved customer service just says they are aware of issue and working on it. It's getting very irritating at this point. I'm betting if everyone stopped paying their subscription it wohld get fixed quickly.
3 ★This app used to be outstanding until then. You cited to make changes which actually will cost you. I suppose for the app to work properly. Because it used to update travel information instantly. Now it could be hours. It could be a day before states where the location of the person you're trying to keep track of is. Well that's sort of useless. I can't even hit the return arrow at the top of page to refresh the page. It does nothing at only refreshes when it wants to. Not when you need it to!
