1 ★The worst delivery platform I ever used. They've stole my money plenty of times and didn't provide a solution. Their customer service is also the worse. The agents respond robotically telling you that there's nothing they can do and can't even provide an explanation.

5 ★I've ordered at least a dozen times & customer service is great. You need to speak some Spanish for the delivery part, (be prepared to give directions over the phone in Spanish). They give coupons out+ have really good discounts. Refunding money or cancelling (sending back an order) when the order isn't right (or terribly wrong) it's easy & fast. A café sent 1 piece of raspberry cheesecake instead of the FULL Strawberry cheesecake I ordered, Pedidos Ya helped me cancel+reorder quickly & easily.

2 ★I'm an old Glovo customer from Ecuador. I loved how the app worked and all. Now it became PedidosYa, it's slow, it's super slow, it doesn't have enough variety. They offered a nice welcome coupon which was nice. But, I was never able to use it due an "Error". Saying the app is outdated, even though it is not. Did I mention the app is slow? Yeah, Glovo was awesome and now PedidosYa is a bunch many things a deliver app shouldn't be like. Probably trying other food deliver apps now. Thank you.

3 ★More discount coupons and/or promotion codes should be sent by email to use, like UberEats does every 15 days or so.

1 ★Poor coverage, no service in my area (2km from San Ramón's town centre) but there's service in town, it just doesn't reach my house, uber eats does. The app also feels basic, it crashed while making my first order, then I realized this app doesn't save the order draft! So I had to start over (It doesn't have the draft function, wasn't just because of the crash). Also, it asked for my cvv and stating I had 3 attempts, but I was blocked from using that card after failing once. Had to use another

1 ★I usually give four to five star ratings to the restaurants. Today, I tried to give a one star rating for very good reasons. Once I selected one star, the app just gives an error message This is never a problem with my previous ratings. As of now, the restaurant shows three reviews all with five stars. My one star review isn't shown. The moral -- the reviews are fake.

1 ★Horrible app, and customer service is super frustrating. Won't let me use the coupons or credits, then when I contact support they just send worthless automated messages until the coupon expires, then say I didn't use the coupon in time. also add lots of hidden upcharges on items (compare in store or UberEATS) the app freezes a lot or won't load restaurant list. Not worth it imo. Better to go with a competitor or contact the restaurants or drivers directly to ask for delivery. Very disappointed
