1 ★Customer notes are more than often ignored. There is no option to chat to support in the app. The banner to join pro for as little as 19dhs/month is in the app but the yearly subscription option to avail this has been removed. I can't login to the website as it says there is no account registered with this email even though I use the exact same details that is use to login to the app. Really poor. Food-on-click was so much better. I also sometimes see the same menu items cheaper on other apps
1 ★There is always a problem with this app and other services they have. I subscribe in talabat pro for a trial of 1 month but what they deduct in my bank was 1 year of subscription now that I cancel it they cannot resolve the issue about the refund and they keep on making me wait for how many days now. And some of their costumer service are rude to end the chat without giving the proper service and info about the issue.
1 ★Super buggy app. The basket doesnt work properly, any item I select doesnt get added. I had to download other food apps to order, eventhough I have a pro subscription. Will update this review if the issue is fixed. But this issue has been there since Nov 17.
1 ★I ordered for the first time, i applied the 100 eg discount that is applied for the first time, but for some reason the discount didn't make it to checkout and I confirmed order, realized too late that it is more expensive than it's supposed to be and couldn't cancel order, it was my fault for not double checking but I was sure the promotion was applied so I thought I didn't have to check. What a waste
1 ★Bad Customer Service. Instead of rectifying the amount they charged me, they are asking me to pay for the wrong amount then they can issue the refund. I raised my concerns more than one month ago, and they expect me to take this chance? Almost 10 customer representatives later and none bothered to actually fix my issue! They even keep putting my case as "resolved" and "closed" when the best they could come up with was this bad solution. This has given me so much stress and anxiety since Dec 2023
1 ★The worst app ever. Delivery times are not accurate, they add 30 minutes then another 30 or more without informing the user. Delivers wrong items. I was charged for something 750grams and received 500grams of which half was ruined and thrown out. Confirms an online paid order through a call and three hours later you don't receive it. You have to wait for the money to be transferred back after two days or wait for the order to be submitted and delivered after an additional hour or maybe more.
2 ★Their first order coupons are a scam, you will request the order then it will be immdiately cancelled then you can't use it again. Customer support is terrible , they keep saying they are there to help while providing absolutely no assistance. The app keeps promoting special discounts that don't exist . They should stop advertising for fake offers because customers get very dissapointed when they don't work.
1 ★Not recommended at all. Cold Food, Wrong Order. Once I Ordered Food from al baik For 3 BHD. When it arrives there was missing Item! I contact the driver They didn't seem to care about that. This is the 3rd Time Happening Of Missing/Wrong Item. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDING Using This app. I already contact them and they don't seem to care No need to Spam the same Contact Talabat Bot Message again.
1 ★Talabat are deliberately not allowing users who trialed the Pro subscription to cancel. The option to stop on the app menu has disappeared and the online 'help' team have no interest in helping cancel the subscription. DO NOT SIGN UP TO TRIAL PRO TALABAT it is not even worth paying as it doesn't apply to many of the businesses you want to order from. -1 stars.
1 ★Full of errors and bugs. You order & they just cancel items without telling you: If you ordered food for a group some people would get their meal & some no. If grocery, they may not deliver the most important item you made the order for, & bring the rest of the items you added to make the order amount accepted! They make you pay for items not delivered and then give a voucher with the money, you must use in days or you lose money! AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! not even a chatbot!
1 ★I do not recommend using this app, as their customer support team is useless. Do not expect to get a refund when your order is missing. Instead, you are "compensated" with way less than you already lost! Oh and did I mention that some my orders got canceled and I don't get notified? The app is so glitchy that I can't even navigate through it or place orders !
1 ★Three Hours for delivering order from Talabat Mart. Customer service is not monitoring if the rider accepted the order until I made a complain and they decided to change the rider and even the second rider came late . Also they offered to cancel the order after Two and have hours and they can't return the cash to my bank account, they only refund to the wallet of the app and they don't know how long the cash will be refunded if I requested to move it from the wallet to my account.
