4 ★Well I just want to say, I truly appreciate wish and enjoy the online shopping experience. Wish could change a few things though. One being the pricing of items and shipping costs. Shipping is usually more than the one item your buying, but also the price of items once you've clicked to look at them. The price goes up, as the shipping cost. It should be or have a one set price on the items. Not being additional added pricing or costs. It's kind of a lie to me to be very honest. For example, an item on wish could or would show a price of or for the items but once you've pressed on a item the price originally displayed is not the actual price number or true dollar amount. That to me makes this a lie and false advertisement, but at the same time I am also pleased with everything I've bought from wish so far. I've only had a few issues or problems. But so far again it's been good. Wish could also display the size charts and materials of the items.
5 ★I don't like shopping in stores. This app has every category I need. There are some items that you can select Express shipping and so the items come within a week. Otherwise the longest regular shipping is about a month or less. Many items that I have purchased have cost $1.00 or were free plus shipping. An awesome deal for me and it is like opening your mailbox and getting a Birthday present.
5 ★I love wish! They offer all kinds of gorgeous jewelry and scarfs and all sorts of cute stuff for just a few bucks. If you're willing to wait a month to get it then it's worth it. I don't buy clothing on there as it's asian sizing usually and it's usually poor quality like paper thin or shorter than a crop top or has something else wrong with it. Other than that everything else is awesome.
1 ★This was my first time purchasing from Wish. The experience was horrible. I ordered four different items. Waited over a month for items. One doesn't work, still waiting on one and the other I didn't order. Wish makes it difficult to communicate or ask any questions on orders so I will find someone who will enjoy the lip ring I didn't order rather than a return. Jewelry arrived with description on package. Glad it wasn't expensive! I will uninstalling this app and never use again.
3 ★First impressions left me with a very mixed feeling. There's a lot of neat stuff on here. And it certainly is generous with coupons and sales, and rebates for buying the same product as other users. Some of it feels deceptive, in typical marketing fashion. Where the original price is inflated, to make the deal look better than it actually is. And prices that don't include the shipping which varies seemingly at random to make it average in cost. Some of its features, like its Price Wheel, feel convoluted. It lacks easy options to edit your purchase, changing clothing size and typos in address. Which led to me losing coupons and deals and having to pay higher prices. Didn't feel great. Customer service is automated only. But I got my products early. (though shipping times are shown to be long.) Be careful with clothing items, the size conversion difference isn't made particularly clear. I.E An XXX Large is about a slightly smaller X-Large in US. I give it a light recommendation.
1 ★Be very carefull when purchasing. The photo of the product will claim something (like "2 Sets") and it be absolutely false (like mentioning only one set is included, buried in the description). Also I have had a friend order an item and be sent a lesser version that they sell on the site for $25 cheaper. The items were very distinctly different. It was no accident, and he was not helped or made whole.
3 ★Made a few orders with Wish since 2017. Great cheap site with a vast selection of very cute items, great for gifts, and just about anything you might need. Haven't found anything yet they don't have. Gave lower rating because I hate the shipping per item fee. Also some item descriptions are hard to figure out which selection you are ordering. Had some confusion with some spinners I ordered in the past. Shipping is usually early or on time. Overall good quality, like app.
3 ★Clearly this is for cheap stuff, price as well as quality so cannot complain about that. But I would say buyer beware before buying any serious stuff here. Examples: Less than 4 USD 512gb micro SD card! (YouTubers have shown this is fake, look it up. You could lose data!!) The app itself is pretty nifty throwing in extra discounts, rewards etc. For me, it's just fun to see a lot of the interesting stuff vendors come up with. Mini gadgets, different types of accessories and so on. I do believe they have a decent supply chain for the prices involved. In summary, know what you are getting for the price you are paying and do your homework before you buy anything serious.
4 ★Cheap stuff, full refund when items are broken/not whats expected, only downside is the shipping costs. I wish they could bundle orders. If 1 item costs $9 to ship, getting 2 from the same store should not double the cost, but for some reason they aren't smart enough to bundle yet.. may be coming soon though since they are delivering to local stores now for discounted shipping costs.
1 ★I've found numerous "deals" that were higher than the price once added to cart. I understand the clothing price scheme and I'm aware of supply and demand influencing prices of color variations, however, the price shown is usually what lures me in and the variation I like is 10 times higher. It feels like price switching and I usually just pass on the item. As numerous other people have stated, the constant notifications about items in my cart or new hot deals are just plain absurd.
1 ★No information on an order for almost a year and it moved past refund window. Now it shows tracking and it was sent back within a week. Wish did not notify. It was not listed in my orders, just that it was 'on the way'. Then it disappeared. After i get my last orders placed, i am deleting the app. Amazon deals groups on facebook are better. Shipping within days. Free shipping. Reliable tracking. And in many cases, better prices.
3 ★lot's of cool stuff, but having the shipping price hidden makes it hard to judge how much you're actually paying. in addition, there is no way to narrow or filter your searches and very random items clog the screen. I was recently looking up tents and got a bunch of jewelry, play-pens, and other items completely unrelated to what I was looking for. If these issues could be fixed, I would have a much more enjoyable time with this app.
