1 ★taxi drivers accept the ride and then leave you stranded until you cancel and get penalized. placed a formal complaint and easy taxy did little to nothing to solve it despite all the evidence shared. zero accountability and the worst customer service I've experienced in this kind of apps. do not recommend it at all
1 ★Terrible. I had easytaxi and was much easier to use. This app doesn't let me choose from where I want to get picked up and drop off. Only suggested places. Please let me use the easytaxi way, where I could choose the exact place on the map. No with stupid addresses options. So mad!!!
1 ★App insisted on using location and didn't let me insert address I needed instead. When traveling it's not always possible to have Wi-Fi for location at the moment and sometimes you need advance planning.
4 ★I'd give 5 stars but the app is to slow to obtain my ubication saying that "I'm having internet issues" and I'm always at home with a good WiFi connection. Good communication with the drivers and fast car arriving. Tx

I tried in different and several days, routes and times. Why should I insist to be a customer with you? And don't ask me to explain more since it is very clear. São Paulo city, south area.
1 ★When I attempted to create an account on this Easy Taxi, it was extremely slow and didn't go through. It didn't even send me the activation code via SMS. I don't recommend using this app.
3 ★I loved this app in São Paulo, but since moving to Maringá the drivers never use the app, instead using the meter which is double the price! I've complained directly to Easy Taxi and received a very generic "sorry ". They are ripping off clients in Maringá
2 ★The app is good and most of the drivers are nice. I only gave it two stars because they charge a checking fee every time you want to use your credit card and say that it will be reimbursed but they don't do it.
1 ★The app is slow and difficult tonuse. After 1 day it says that it doesn't recognize my account. It let me reset my password but still won't let me log in. I can't make another account and the app is now unusable.
1 ★Took ages to install then hanged my phone twice and once all sorted then it never identified my location even though I double checked all settings on my phone compatible and in perfectly working! Total waste!!!!
