1 ★Can't even sign into my account. It says loading account and then goes right back to the home screen. I paid almost $100 for my membership, I should get an app that actually works!
3 ★Map view needs to show whatever as I change areas. If I am scrolling through neighboring towns it should show my search preference without me going back and putting it in the search bar. Often times even when I put the next town in the search, the information don't show in the map, but it will in the list. I love the discounts and roadside service.
1 ★Horrible service! I was told that a towing service would arrive within 65 min. I've been waiting 4 hours and the tow truck has not arrived and AAA has no idea when service will be provided. I pay almost $500 a year and haven't used their service for a long time and the first time I use it in over a year, this is the subpar service I received.
1 ★Must be something wrong with the app. Doesn't even let you log in. And it's frustrating that all the replys from AAA on the bad reviews say the EXACT same thing. (We are sorry please provide your zip code so we can contact local club to further review blah blah blah). This tells me they probably don't do a thing to attempt to make anything better. Ugh
4 ★*Updated review* After a troublesome time with the booking of a hotel, it was discovered the app was overwhelmed by numerous bookings occurring all at once for the same, popular hotel. I was able to get a little further and ascertain a phone number that worked. Although the lower advertised rooms were taken, I was able to book at another discounted rate. If you encounter a slight delay in your processing you may not be able to enjoy the convenience of the app, but need to call.
5 ★AAA has always been there for me and my family when one of our vehicles breaks down!! If one our battery dies and we need a new one, they replace it for free once a year! It's nice to know that when we break down that we're covered by AAA!! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a roadside service plan for their vehicle!!
1 ★I left Allstate to come to AAA. Allstate allowed me to easily access all my car insurance information and history through their app. I have yet to find my car insurance info on AAA's app. It always tells me the website is unavailable. I'm seriously thinking of paying more to go back to Allstate because at least I can get what I need when I need it.

1 ★This app is garbage. I paid the premium membership and this app wont even let me log in. After an attempt to log in, it is infinitely stuck at loading zip code screen. I'll be stranded and raped by the time this app works and help arrives.
1 ★Moto One 5G (17 June 2021). App is nothing compared to the AAA Auto Club app. Fix it or combine them quick (14 year member). 82601. Can't access member profile, app crashes after log in attempt (goes back to "Log In" option.
1 ★Used app to set up tow service. App ETA was 2 hours. Waited 15 minutes past ETA. Still no tow truck or any communication as to how much longer. Called an agent, they said the receiving station was unable to dispatch a truck. Had to cancel request and call again the next morning. Horrible service.
5 ★The wait times are a little longer since the pandemic started but otherwise this app has been a lifesaver. My car broke down in the side of the freeway and AAA was the only company that could accurately figure out where I was and came and got my car and even found me a ride. 5 Stars ✨⭐⭐
