1 ★I am disappointed in The Fork's response to my concern about losing a year's worth of saved points. We have not been able to go out as we are seniors and dining inside a restaurant goes against COVID guidelines. We had a year of lockdowns and curfews and dining out was not an option during 2020- Imagine my disappointment to discover that my points were cancelled.

1 ★Doesn't work with some restaurants. I saved up all my yum points to redeem them and was excited to visit Lisbon. When I arrived I show the reservation on my phone and the waitress confirm that the yum points can be used. It didn't work and they wanted us to pay in cash. It's clear that they don't communicate with eachother. The app doesn't work correctly, don't trust what it says in the app because some restaurants don't honour it. Lots of glitches, chat and email was slow. Can't redeem yums
