5 ★I am staying a month in Buenos Aires and have been using Cabify for the last two and a half weeks. I have also tried Uber, but found their cars to be not as nice as the cars with Cabify. With the exchange rate the rides around town are usually less than $4USD and the "big" tip is about $0.60USD. I have no issue with my Chase Visa card and Cabify.
1 ★"High Demand" Fee will be charged on almost every service you take, no matter the time of day. Other ride services do not charge that fee. I say almost because they did not charge it on one service. Worse, I reached out for help, and Omar Cabify Support keeps giving generic answers and will not pass to supervisor.
1 ★Horrific customer support. My app doesn't let me login and I've been trying to get help to either (1) help me login or (2) delete my account so I can try creating a new one. It has taken them a month already and nobody is helping. I don't think they have a support team.
1 ★I could not upload my Dutch passport, since it did not correctly identify it. I then tried through customer service, which was a terrible experience. First of all they only wrote in Spanish (eventhough with translation apps it is easy to write in English), second they did not properly read my messages and seemed to send automated messages back, thirdly eventhough I send my passport three times they still did not upload it or understood that they needed to upload it. All in all terrible service.
5 ★It's always a great experience to use Cabify. I have always got friendly, efficient service and the option of reserving a taxi and that the fare is prepaid.
1 ★Doesn't work. It can't send the SMS to verify my phone number, and it's been like this for months. I can't use an email address and password either: it just says "something went wrong". Useless.

1 ★Very bad experience, they announce 4 minutes before you wait a lot, then when you cancel they charge you cancelation fees. Prefer normal taxis or Uber.
1 ★I downloaded the app, used it three times for three rides, then when I tried using it again it told me I was blocked and needed to contact customer service. No reason as to why I got blocked. I tried contacting customer service and I kept getting ask to do something that would not work, hit a link and add info but I could not add any info it was just to login to my account, and I have not been unblocked, no explanation, lack of response from the representatives, terrible customer service.
1 ★Stop with the notification spam! I don't need to get multiple notifications from a taxi app daily. At least add another notification category for 'spam' so I don't have to mute the entire app.
1 ★Claimed it was sending text messages for setup. Neither of us got them. Setup failed. We each deleted the app.
