Apparently, I'm not the only one who has not been able to log in to my account through the this app. All 3 methods of accessing my account keep giving an error message to "try again later". Well, after a week of not being able to access my account. Ridiculous.
1 ★This is by far the worst mobile carrier ever. They are telling me that one megabit per second download speeds are normal and it's not a network problem even though the bot on their chat says there is a network problem. They refuse to offer any type of refund even though they've been unable to fix the problem over 3 with technical support. Furthermore, there are higher speeds for people getting an unlimited plan than those getting a smaller plan and adding data. I dont see this disclosed.

1 ★Since last update I'm unable to access my account. Phone got shut off because the app isn't working to re up and great news I can't even call the number to fix it. I have to go physically to the store now. Such an inconvenience. I would give it zero stars if that was an option. It was great until now, very user friendly. But since latest update its completely useless and now my phone is shut off. Very upset.
2 ★The service itself is decent and reliable, however it's absolutely ridiculous how difficult it is to login to your account. I've tried using my SIM number, Serial number, email, phone number, different browsers and they all don't work. I've changed my password multiple times. This does not make any sense how it only works once in awhile. I've tried calling customer service and he only tried to make me setup a NEW account, which I definitely don't want to do. The app has the same problem.
1 ★Said it covers my area so I switched to have a smaller phone bill but I NEVER have service, spam texts shouldn't be allowed. I have never heard of ANY provided that allowed SPAM TEXTS or all things. Planning on going back to straight talk, they cover my area and everywhere I go not to mention there is NO spam texts. Not to mention I didn't need in the app to see how much data I have or used with straight talk. EDIT payment came earlier every month waste of money switched to new provider. no help.
4 ★Good affordable provider. I've been with Simple Mobile for a few years, and I've had minimal problems. The cellular service that runs on T-Mobile and Verizon has been stable and secure. This Account Manager app, however, does have some issues. On my device, the Network Optimizer sometimes enables itself, which messes up my Mobile Data Always Active setting. I believe that's moreso a problem with my device. Also, it appears that the Manage PIN stash doesn't allow me to add PINs, only use them 🤔.
