1 ★I just changed my mobile service to Unreal Mobile. Using my phone with Unreal's SIM. The app keeps stopping. Endless error messages telling me their is no mobile network, telling me to connect some other way. It constantly registers phone number and complete number setting, which it does anytime I reconnect to a network. It does not work like it should. And now it has been blanking out my screen as my hand nears the screen, making the phone impossible to use. Don't waste your time on this service, it is not worth it.
3 ★when it works properly, I'm able to get my calls, texts, and voicemail without issues, but sometimes it crashes and other times it takes too long to load your voicemail and I miss messages. Additionally, some calls do not connect well especially if you end up in a low connection area but as long as you have high data or a good wifi than the calls can be completed without issues. I Iust wish, that they would update this app, because if the glitches were fixed, than it would be a graat app.
1 ★It won't let me log in with phone number or email. The website has a log in bug too where it only let's me log in if I don't click on the box for remember me..
1 ★i normally dont leave reviews but this really is "unreal". The free trial dont even bother with it. the trial starts when they send it out. so basically the trial is just a few days. unreal is the same thing is freedom pop. and the "data"you have to use your own wifi???? that's not even data. it's literally nothing. I'm highly disappointed in this service. next I'll be going to freedom pop and leaving this same review. thanks for the waste of time and many days of hassle and getting my hopes up.
2 ★So many issues... 1) calls and texts can't be made over a normal cellular signal, they require a Data connection. 2) Data used by the unreal mobile app goes against the monthly data limit. This alone is disappointing, but coupled with number 1 above, it's borderline false advertisement by claiming "unlimited calls & texts" when in reality you're limited to 1GB worth (or whatever your plan is) of talk and text. 3) use with WiFi is extremely spotty. Well I ran out of space to review...
2 ★The app has so many flaws that I don't know where to begin. When you hang up a call, the screen freezes. The app is constantly changing the settings on my phone like turning on the DO NOT DISTURB feature in Android. The calls have poor quality even on wifi. Worst of all, it prevents you from using your phone's features. These are just the few that I've noticed in the last week.
1 ★The worst experience I have ever had. the app crashes all day, every day and when the phone rang I could not even answer it nor could I make calls. I decided to cancel and tried to port my pH # and they did not approve it. It was MY # that I ported to them. So, I wasted time, money and energy getting this service. What a waste!
1 ★Uses mobile data for every phone call. sound quality is terrible everyone I spoke to said they couldn't understand me and then the calls would just drop. The worst part is the data for phone calls count against my usage for the month so I ended up going through way more data. you also have to use the app for every single text message and the app is terrible you can't even add photos or other things easily like other native apps. I've tried several prepaid services and there are much better ones if you do your research. Don't waste your energy with this one.
2 ★only good thing is the price. you have to use this app as the texting app, and it is very poor. Sometimes, you have to clear all the data on the app and you lose all your text messages. If you don't, you won't be able to send or receive calls. it can work out for you if you just need basic calling, but the calls sometimes break up even when you have a good Wi-Fi signal. this has been the least expensive and yet the worst mobile phone service I have ever had in 20 years.
1 ★works on the device with the sim card. text is not available on my second phone. App has stopped allowing calling out. Reports can't find network. Tried contacting unreal for support. Nothing in 2 months. Not worth the money any more. For just $7 more a month can add a line to Verizon. Even Xfinity mobile may be better. It started out fine.
1 ★This a GSM app based phone service. It is horrible. First of all I get no data whatsoever, I pay for data just don't receive any from Unreal. Missed calls like crazy, no voicemails..none. when I press on voicemails it crashes the app. They charge me every month though. You cannot contact them. They stopped accepting messages of Facebook. So the only way you can is through their Community, which it's been over a week since contact with them. 4 months of problems. Save yourself and don't do it!!
1 ★Worst app ever. Most of the time you don"t receive text or calls. Specially if you are using WiFi. No tech support. They just ask you to reinstall your app, but the issue is still not solved. You never know if you miss an important call. The app doen t give you notification many times. People calling you think your phone is dead or not working. Never recommend this app.
