1 ★The app doesn't even load now! When it used to work, the idea behind it was great, but the search functionality and "back button" functionality are pretty terrible and need some work. I've seen the iOS app and it works really well. It would be great if this app could work like that.
2 ★love the app but your update yesterday deleted most of my customer base information... WHY?? it backdated to March... everything since then is gone. Another instance in September. Same. Thing. Why does this happen? Please fix this. 8/2020 I go dormant 6 months, or so, without an order and this app has no customer order history. Customers, & dates of orders referenced, but zero dollars with no details. An uninstall and install fixed this issue.
3 ★it freezes and disconnects often and has a lot over the last year and different versions. it's often slow and propay connectivity has been spotty at best. I wish you could connect other pay method I wish there was a way to link customers to contact cards already in my phone and I wish there was a way to input customer wish lists and what theyve tried in their details. There is a note option but I imagine it as more official where you can look back at the wishlist and add it straight to the order
3 ★I love this app ....when I can get it to open😢 I've tried opening it numerous times have waited more then 5minutes and it still never opened. I have a new phone, it's not bogged down ,no other open apps, it's the most updated version .....I'm so sad ! Please fix!
2 ★i dont like how when you scan the items they are separated by their order number. for example i may have 3 skincare sets but 2 are listed together under their order number and then the third is listed separately under its order number rather than all being listed together. this makes it a but dict in trying to keeel track what i have in stock
1 ★I loved using this until the Aoril update. It will not load and clocks. I am trying to install again because the inventory was my main connection. I should of guessed there was a problem when it did not recognize the barcode on my latest shipment to add to inventory.
4 ★this app is very convenient for my business. I gave it four stars because I cannot update customer information on the app. I always get a notification saying that the email is already in use. Yes, I know! I'm just updating her information.
3 ★Was so hoping this would work! This would be an awesome app if it only worked. It will not open. Very frustrating. I have to uninstall it , then reinstall for it to work everytime I need to use it. Really hoping they get this app fixed so we can use it successfully.
4 ★i like using this app instead of inTouch. However there is room for improvement. I would like to see eCards integrated and better texting feature. I love that can send invoices right from the app, however I wish customers could pay from the invoice like Google Pay, Square and other advanced tools.
1 ★All was good until this last update. Half of my customers are gone, along with my recent orders! I recently decided to stop using hard copy receipts for orders and only use my app. I hope that everything crossed over to the InTouch site.
2 ★Customer prior orders and their products list will not open. I get an error "product information not available " or " there was an error fetching the product catalog". I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping this would fix it but it did not. Please help.
5 ★Wow, I was very surprised. I like that you only have to scan the label on the box for inventory. Works well very happy with this app. When I wind down from my hectic Mary Kay day I can grab my phone for a soft review of days activity while relaxing on sofa.
