1 ★Don't ever back with these ppl... it's take them forever to Dispute, any transactions? It takes forever to get a replacement card. And if you ever move or anything, they want you to prove your residence, not yourself your residence to them. Before sending you a replacement card to any address that's not on your account.Will you initially made it?They're not nice and a treat your money like it's theirs

3 ★Not sure what is going on with this app but im unable to load checks. This is rediculous. Customer service was not friendly to deal with and passed me off saying it was not something they deal with and turns out it was. Im really thinking about switching to another company. My regular pay is direct deposit but being unable to add my chacks when needed is insane.

1 ★it's great for checking balance and such but that is all. you can not deposit your paycheck thru the app when taking photos after it will pop your phone is unable to connect to server which is bs cause all my other apps connect fine that is with 5g network on mobile, that is also with wifi , I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have restarted my phone numerous times you still get the same bs. fix it or stop advertising that you cash and deposit checks thru the app.

1 ★They "lock" your card gor your prote tion whenever they want and do t ha e a 24hr customer line so your screwed when you try to pay something cause you can't fix it till the next day..so your power less and left with no money until they open corporate offices!! Very disappointed!!

1 ★I been with these people every since 2017 and they still can't tell me why I have to pay 9.95 every month for maintenance what kind of maintenance just to use your card they said before I applied for it it's free and I never see. The free I pay monthly every since I got it I still want to know what kind of maintenance on a card. That I am paying for

1 ★I strongly dislike this app! I have to keep resetting my password just to login. It's not giving me the option in the app for push notifications or set up biometrics. I reset the password to login and it's giving me too many failed attempts and reset password after one initial attempt. Live Customer service sucks if you can reach them! The only thing good from Card services are the card designs!
