3 ★The app is great when it works. Currently I am unable to see hotel offers. The screen just says searching.
1 ★Black screen when you go to offers. Nothing happens when you try to make a reservation. App is broken

I even contacted Caesars support and they gave me some B.S. excuse that they were upgrading the customer experience or they were having server issues. I feel like two months is a little long for technical issues or upgrades

4 ★Every winter we come out and enjoy the casino, this year it has really improved. Great Hotel and food and alot rewards. Will return in November 2019 to Enjoy once again. The reason I did not give a 5 star was because when the machines lock up or there is a problem with the machines and you hit the service button your wait could be as long as an hour or longer. Experience this several times this year..
5 ★This app is VERY user friendly!! I use it to book my comp rooms. I can view all my special offers available at all properties. I get all my comps, free play, and packages all downloaded to this app by logging in with my players number and password! Seriously, this is by far, the EASIEST app I have ever used! I still get offers by mail, but if I lose the paper mail, I know everything is secured in this app! Great job on the app, love the new design and beautiful color photos of everything.
2 ★Some things good some not so much. Cant delete offers that have expired or I'm not interested in. I now have to "surf the net" to try and deciper. Also my hosts arent displayed anymore...cant contact them through app anymore. It kind of makes me feel that my over 25 years of loyalty to this brand is no longer valued. Updated. Still unable to correspond with host via app
