1 ★Garbage. No longer works. Says my contacts are sharing their location with me, but when I try to view it it says that there's no activity. When I click View in Maps, I get a warning that my contact is offline. Their location and data are on. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling both TC and Maps, and clearing user data and cache. No effect.

1 ★Doesn't really work, it says family members removed me or uninstalled the application where in fact they didn't. Location can be off miles from the real one even outside the blue circle. Receiving a location may takes HOURS despite full coverage of the sender's phone, I tried with two phones one next to the other. The report is bumping between the last location and the actual location, definition of "right now" is arbitrary. Definitely the code requires a deep review or rewriting. Useless ATM
5 ★EDIT: I'm also having a lot of problems with location sharing. It keeps saying my location is disabled, when it's not. Double-tapping the error notice makes it disappear but it comes right back when I open the app again. GOOGLE...PLEASE FIX THIS! Love this app! It keeps me closer to my loved ones!
2 ★This app doesn't always work correctly. I get "location unavailable" probably 25% of the time. If BF is sharing his location with me and then he asks for my location the app quits sharing his location with me. So I consequently have to again ask for his again and then he can't see mine once I can see his. Is there a way to fix this?
5 ★Works very well, had no issues at all (including the verification code). My wife and I commute in different directions so we were looking for an app to track our locations. I was a bit hesitant to try this app due to the reviews but after trying it ourselves it works quite well. You can see all your contacts on your google maps after the two-way connection from this app with your contacts. The location does not update live but it updates roughly between 2-4 minutes which is good enough (even whatsapp live share location doesn't update every second). There is occasion "unable to refresh location" but not constantly. Overall it works for me.
1 ★This app is terrible. It is in no way even close to working as well as the apple "find friends". It's embarrassingly inaccurate, occasionally being up to 100km off for over an hour. The constant need to ask for location and having to wait sometimes as long as 15 minutes to receive it is beyond frustrating.
2 ★I have never been able to depend on this application as it never reliably locates anyone labeled as a trusted contact! I also continually receive email notifications that inform me that my location is now able to be requested from different phone numbers and emails, wome of which arent even working numbers. Whatever is going on with this app it for sure is riddled with bugs or easily hacked into. I thought it would help me to find people and even lost or stolen phones. Instead it confuses. Sucks
1 ★It's really hard to rate this app when I can't even get through the set up. None of the verification codes work (keep getting a message that it's invalid) that and the app will just randomly freeze. Maybe if these bugs are fixed where I could actually try the app I'll update my review...
3 ★Would not show me my significant others location even after deleting a recreating his account. We verified location permission and all the normal troubleshooting yet I could not view it. I would also like a quick share option. Maybe pressing and holding my volume buttons to automatically share my location to my contacts. Or something similar.
2 ★Disappointing for an app made by Google. Retrieving location after requesting is very slow, even if settings on both devices are set to "Immediate". As others have mentioned, initial location is also inaccurate, and it takes a while to narrow it down. Definitely needs some tuning.
