1 ★I had all my contacts saved here for years and now all of a sudden all the numbers are automatically deleted and I cannot restore them back. Log in is getting failed again and again. It is so tiresome!
1 ★Backup and restore suddenly stopped working. Even after several password reset, it still fails to validate password. There is no other option to restore or export the saved contacts. Eventually, I lost all the saved contacts.

5 ★Does what it says on the tin. It's helpful to have a copy stored. Having just paid for another year I am so glad I had this APP because I lost my Ipad but still had all my contacts intact on the APP...what a blessing!

EDIT: why in the hell would I write to customer support? You clearly said you deleted the databases and the app no longer works. Remove it from the playstore.
