A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★I've tried running a speed test using this app for the last several minutes, including rebooting my modem and rebooting my phone. And quite frankly, it doesn't work. How typical of at&t. Another piece of software that doesn't work. I'm really tired of AT&T putting out software that doesn't work. I would like it if they would put out software that actually does work. So I'm not using this app anymore. It's worthless. It's junk. It doesn't work.
2 ★Only using it to "manage" device times for the kids... but with recent updates it keeps logging me out like 2 out of 3 times .. before it would just give me a try again later .. now it asks for the whole log in username n password. Edit 06/2021: They fixed the logging situation, but the issue i have is that managing downtime its not too useful if u can only set 1 time per device. So u can't set various up and down times trhougth the day,so u can NOT limit morning and night for the lil ones
1 ★I wish the app would retain the damn password after a select to save password and not have to type it every single time. takes forever to process a lockdown of a group and I wish it would have a 6 hour option, not just 2 or 24 hours. edit: new router on giga with direct fiber to it. now the app connects to it when it wants one minute it's up the other "can't connect" more frustration than actual help.
3 ★Please remove the "learn more" page that covers the app and causes the user to look for another option on the bottom row menu. Thanks...
1 ★11/14/2020, 5/28/2021: EVERY time on startup, the app closes and I have to restart again. The speed tester NEVER tests WiFi speed to my device because it says I am not connected even though I am. 6/11/2021 Profiles manager is really bad. Settings can conflict with each other and you can set only 1 period of time a device can be paused. The device list NEVER refreshes so you have to go through the same issue I mentioned first all over again. Horrible experience and nothing but looks have changed.
1 ★Nearly every time I open this app it freezes on the opening screen and just displays "Your Network Is Online" Doesn't seem like an app smart enough to manage my home if it doesn't open I understand it is a new service and there are some bugs to work out but so far it's problematic ... hopefully that'll be rectified in the near future
1 ★A Useless piece of Shhh! It never works with resolving any issues concerning the internet. Really hate that the only solution to solving any issue is to follow there step by step on how to press an hold the rest button or pull the cord from the wall shock for 2 min to reboot your devices. Sucks that when you use the chat through the app. They send you a link of the same app to use next time for problem solving issues in the future. Just plain Stupid ASF!
5 ★I really like this app! It makes checking my internet service easy and managing all of my connected devices a breeze! I wish AT&T had better priorities though when it comes to their Customers. I qualified for the $50/month EBB Internet Credit and they're refusing to give me the credit unless I reduce my speed to 300Mbps from 1 Gig! So, IMO this app is the only nice thing about the services they offer.
5 ★Love this app but the only problem I have is that it won't let me delete devices that are no longer on my wifi.
5 ★Easy to use. Love that I can find out the real time speed of my internet to both my apartment and each device. It also allows me to reset the modem and set top box and pause the set top box and other devices all from my phone. Good tips and reminders, too. There are additional options as well. Lastly, I haven't had any trouble with this app constantly restarting or slowing down my phone.
3 ★Had this app over a year and most times it works like a charm but too many times have I had issues like now where it won't load my list of connected devices or it just gets stuck on the home screen and just says my internet is connected. Not sure if it's an app thing or network issue but it's really extremely inconvenient since I stream allot and have two other people in my home
1 ★This app ONLY works if I am NOT using my AT&T WiFi. Constantly getting error codes 500, 600, and 601 when I am connected to my WiFi. I can't even get signed into my account. Speed test fails every time. I don't understand why you would create a WiFi manager that is incompatible with your own WiFi.
