A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Slow, jerky internet!!!! We have the fastest speed you can get!! I use this app to try to correct my speed, never helps, so I call the xfinity 800 number to get help, but automated system makes u go through identification, refuses to let you talk to support after you've already done a reset, including unplugging your modem, 10-20 minutes after, you get a call from automated system!!! When you get a tech scheduled, ne t day before tech comes, you get a call saying it's fixed, but it's not!!!
1 ★Every time I try to do anything it says they're having trouble and gives me a phone number to call that is a robot offering no suggestions. Since this was a required app to set up a router I was unable to set it up myself and had to pay an installation fee. I know comcast prides itself on bad customer service but now you're just making us jump through hoops for fun arn't you
2 ★Took a month before it would recognize devices so I could set up parental controls. Much preferred managing them directly on the router, but this is no longer an option. Also lost ability to block all new devices. Further, some devices (because of randomized MAC addresses?) keep showing up as duplicates, but they didn't on the old router. ONLY benefit is I can group devices into profiles.
1 ★Useless app to activate service. My modem/router is plugged in and cable attached and has all appropriate lights on. I sign in to activate, it's says checking a few things, then says we're having problems and tells me to sign out. I've done this probably 50 times over two days and no luck. I think it's just so I have to pay $100 for a technician to come out. Garbage app and the usual xfinity/Comcast business practice/ scam.
1 ★Not even really an app, more like a forwarding station - to the web browser. This thing wasn't coded with speed in mind, is super slow. Some of the standalone stuff doesn't work anyway, like checking data usage, useless. The Xfinity app for iOS is way better, no comparison at all.
1 ★Keeps circling me back to the login screen on the app. The browser works fine up until it says I need to reactivate my account in the app. I just want my f.ing internet back. I hate this company, useless customer service entirely. I'm not even surprised they're not replying to all the bad reviews. I'm definitely switching companies, this is utter BS considering I'm still overpaying for my internet that's not turning on this month.
1 ★Awful App needs to be fixed quickly. I keep getting an error to "Enable Your Browser" , "The web browser is disabled on this device. To continue, enable in settings." Then I am presented with buttons of "Back" and/or "Go To Settings "....This has been occurring for 3 days now. My browser is not disabled, I have force stopped and cleared data on the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still have the same issue. I am using this app on SM-N976V. Phone Sw is up to date and so are my apps
1 ★The app hasn't worked once in the 2 days I've had it. I can't schedule a tech because of it (the self install failed), and they're going to charge me $100 unless I schedule it through the broken app. Probably going to just return the equipment and go with someone else.
1 ★Only works if your internet works. Which is not when you need it. Customer service is awful. Will take forever to call you back and only once you've handled it yourself. Still unsure of what my plan is or my log in info or anything else cuz they change it monthly. Am on autopay and they still cut your service.
1 ★The worst customer experience one could imagine. I can't believe I switched to this. There is so much to list as to why this experience has sucked. I've had 5 different technicians respond to attempt to fix their services. Each have said its a problem not within my home. I've been bounced around customer service. Today's tech visit miraculously gets canceled and when I inquire as to why they state that I contacted them saying my services were restored. And they weren't. I told them..
1 ★Horrible experience with "customer service"! Xfinity does not care about anything except your money. I've had a cable outage for hours, cannot get a live person on the phone, and the system won't give me an outage credit. I pay my bill on time EVERY MONTH!!!!! Run!
1 ★7/10/21 - still hate the app. I can't click on View All from the main page. I have to scroll down them back up and it works. Dumb. Why does Comcast keep moving things on the app? Just when you get used to scheduling and parental controls, they move it. It keeps getting less intuitive.
