Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★A few years ago I got fed up with the LastPass breaches, switched to bitwarden, and never looked back. No regrets. $10 a year is a small price to pay for the additional features. Unless something bad happens, count me in for an annual renewal. Thanks devs for being so responsive!
2 ★Used to be very good. In the past several months it has started constantly logging me out despite the fact that I have it set to NEVER do that. This is not convenient, in fact it is a security hole. I am an uninstalling this app for the time being. I will check back from time to time to see if they have corrected this increasingly annoying problem. In the meantime, 1password.
5 ★coming from a self contained keepass vault used for years, I was skeptical of the vault stored on a "trusted" remote network, but I hated having an out of sync pass vault with the rest of my devices. when I found vaultwarden could be hosted on my pi3, I was all but sold because now my login credentials and the OTP codes could be synced and under my ownership. what had me at ease was when I don't have network access, the app allows me to access the last synced version of the vault! ty bw!
1 ★After reading how fantastic this app was I downloaded it onto my Android phone and my tablet. Never got past entering a password for my email and received assorted messages which prevented me from going any further. I even tried a different email address, uninstalling the app on both and reinstalling and had the same exact results. Total waste of time....
5 ★This is a really good password manager, even the free version is better than some paid for pass managers out there. And for only $10 a year you get even more features, you can't beat that. I have not experienced any issues all the features work like they say they do. I dropped my last premium password manager to use bitwarden and never looked back. Keep up the good work. Thank you
3 ★Overall the app does a decent job of managing your passwords. The app is visually minimal and easy to navigate. Two major inconveniences is that it always requires you to go in the app to perform the auto fill and it sometimes don't work so you have to try again. The app also doesn't feature a web browser or auto generated passwords up to 128 characters. I've noticed that upon selecting to view a password it always stutters in the same way each time.
5 ★Using Bitwarden since Android 7. Never any problems. Android 13 couldn't get Vault Timeout to not immediately close. Tried 30 minutes, one hour, on app restart. Contact help to troubleshoot and Sam took a few steps to solve problem. Toggle Accessibility on. Fixed. Great app. Try it and buy it. Best bang for your buck in these inflationary times.
2 ★Was trying to create a login through the app rather than my computer for the first time and it crashed multiple times trying to save it saying it filed an exception. Lost the password the first time after already entering it because I copied the URL over... This is pretty basic functionality and really frustrating when your randomly generated password does not get saved.
5 ★Another user ditching Lastpass after using it for many years. Epic fail on their part deciding to make people pay for multi-device. I was pissed and spent 3 hours researching alternatives. Tried Zoho Vault but the UI was terrible. Bitwarden is awesome so far... I have 20/20 vision but still I love the big font. I spend a lot of time on computers and this helps reduce eye strain. UI is clean, intuitive, and fast. And I love that it's open source.
5 ★Switched from Lastpass - should have a long time ago. Let alone the new pay model for Lastpass not being practical, Bit warden's layout and functionality is so much better and more effective. Particularly the auto fill, which integrates seamlessly with Gboard, is just so easy to use. Highly recommend for anyone looking for their first password manager, or looking to move from another one. The import from Lastpass was simple and quick, no issues as far as I can tell!
5 ★I've used LastPass for a long time, but not I completely uninstalled LastPass from all devices and converted to Bitwarden on all my devices. One, it's completely free. There is a premium version, but all useful features are already free (unlike LastPass). Two, It's much more responsive than LastPass. Three, it's super-easy to import data from LastPass.
5 ★Best out of top 3. Tried Lastpass, 1password, and Bitwarden. Lastpass shares the password URLs and 1password doesn't have export option. They also feel somewhat complex. Bitwarden feels simple and user friendly. A+ Product. Integration between app and browser extensions are flawless, at least so far. Sometime you have to put fingerprint twice to unlock the vault, but it could be my device's prob.
