1 ★UPDATE: I updated the app last night and nothing is fixed. Still have to disconnect from wifi to do anything. Not working like it used to. The last 2-3 weeks the app hasn't been working. I have to manually adjust my bed when I go to bed instead of automatically adjusting. I contacted support about the pop up window errors I'm getting and they said to disconnect from wifi and refresh. Since then I have to do that daily just to get my sleep results. Not sure what you broke, but please fix this!
1 ★Not working anymore, I can't even log in anymore. Keeps getting error messages and it stopped calculating data months ago.
1 ★Always crashing. Pain in the butt. Won't connect to Bluetooth. Always receiving an error needing to reset the bed. I unplug and plug in, still nothing. The air works but not the frame. Customer service is never available at night because...that's when I go to sleep and when the frame malfunctions. I HATE this bed I spent thousands for and it doesn't work. Would not recommend. If you do get someone in Customer service, they're snarky.

NOT listening to paying customers.!! other wifi beds companies have it. over "20 yrs" of waiting making there beds compatible???, customers SHOULD be able to ask alexa."Tell how they slept?, increase/decrease sleepnumber etc." Your Expensive wifi bed $$$ firmware should be connected to alexa/GOOGLE.. !!? WHEN??? change my review rating to 5** when update to alexa/GOOGLE COMPATIBILITY!!.... ?
1 ★Once again, this is possibly the biggest waste of money ever, app for the last week has consistently failed to connect and then signed me out and now refuses to reconnect to my account after the "update" to fix the bugs. If you are going to make us spend $10,000+ on beds it better come with the best customer support 24/7 and not just until 5pm. Absolutely ridiculous

2 ★No option to adjust base anymore.
1 ★I can't use my own wi-fi with the app because it tells me the password is wrong. But I know I'm using the correct password. Which means my bed can't be used properly and I lose air multiple times a night. Edit: still having issues after updating.
