Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★This app came with my S4, but it is worthless. it keeps trying to send me an access pin to my tablet when it won't even receive or send messages. I have since done numerous tweaks and updates, and even bought e spanking new Samsung S4 tablet, and it STILL does not work. It acts like it is setting up an account then it goes right back to the login screen. I've been screwing around with this since back in 2019..over a year, and it's still garbage. AT&T, can't you FIX THIS, so it actually works?
1 ★Shows wrong signing in info
1 ★This app is horrible so far. i have a new att data tablet and have been trying to get this to work so i can see and respond to my text messages on my tablet. It will only go to the login screen and then back out. I "uninstalled" 3x and got as far as getting a pin number on my phone to put in. It still reverted back to the log in screen and would no go any further. This App needs a serious update to fix all the glitches so that it can be used for the purpose intended.
1 ★Tried to use since I've been ATT customer for quite sometime, Was basically informed that I'm merely a prepaid customer, and did not qualify. Last time i checked I've bought all my phones and tablets from them, also found out they won't backup to att cloud because of the same reason. I guess in this crisis i have to have a 100+ dollar cell phone bill to be of any importance to this corporation. This is not democracy, this is corporatacracy! Next these guys will need a bailout
1 ★Doesn't work anymore. Tablet gets to the "input code" part for the login and hangs up. The "spoke" circle just spins. Then there is an error code 200. I think that it worked fine until the last update. P!ease fix or let me know how to do it myself. Thank you.
1 ★Thursday September 10th 2020. AT&t messages application team!! Please fix this useless app!! I am no longer receiving any INCOMING messages whatsoever as of this week!!!
1 ★The app almost never works. Every day to every other day I have to uninstall and reinstall it and send the code all over again to be able to use it. It will only work for about a day before I have to do it again.
1 ★Horrible!!!! Wish I could give it zero stars. So, I bought a Galaxy S4 tablet. I was excited to have a tablet that I could call and text from. Tried to set up messenger app but it kept kicking me back to the sign in screen. Took it into the store for help. They couldn't help me, so they hooked me up with a pro tech. After trying so many different things and getting nowhere, I was told they don't offer texting on tablets anymore. People that had it before can still text from their tablet.
1 ★Everytime I open app it saids to download latest update. But it's already download. I done this like 100x times still no use And there is no other option!! Very frustrating!!
1 ★Now the app is totally broken. Now it won't log on, takes you to a "Bad Request" error. I'll never understand why AT&T took an app that was working just fine and rebuilt it so it no longer works. Its still broken... is junk
1 ★I dont care for this app because, I don't receive the messages anymore. When I first installed the app, the messages were in sync with my phone. Now theres nothing. I dont even think my contacts are receiving sent text. I get no response after sending.
1 ★The worst messaging app ever! It doesn't update until you open it and wait for it to retrieve missed messages. Its 2-factor authentication leaves you stranded without communication because it randomly logs you off, and you can't log back in without your other device. Now the app doesn't even sync at all. It is totally broken. The online web interface is even worse. It doesn't sync outgoing messages to your other devices. It also stops receiving after a short time without warning. It doesn't show sender or recipient names because that functionality was retired, so you can't see who you're communicating with. It's hard to think of more ways this app could suck, but AT&T is doing it!
