1 ★For days I've been trying to get my account information and have not been able to. I can't see my balance or anything. The My AT&T app wont allow me to sign in even though I got a new ID and password. I was not like this before. I cant even setup auto pay. This is so frustrating. Why change the way we used to sign in so easy to what it is now?
2 ★I just wanted to add hotspot to my account but there is no way to do it on the website without going though this app. No simple one click you have to change your whole plan. Had to just go to an att store. Physical store that is to resolve my issue.
1 ★Literally useless. Every time I have used this app, there is some"temporary" problem. The app is just another way of interacting with the equally useless AT&T website. Whenever I need to make any changes to my account, I ALWAYS have to call customer service.
1 ★It's so clunky And doesn't load. I'm sorry I've had ATT for so long but you guys are a tech company you should be able to get some app developers to fix this. And with the prices people pay monthly it feels like such a scam you have never optimized this app. It's been the same for years.

And when it doesnt work and you try calling, you cannot understand the representative that you're speaking to.

You'd think, with all the hidden fees AT&T hits us with, they'd be able to at least have a functional app they could take people's money with.

1 ★It's an unusable joke. Tried to sign in and got past that to a gray screen telling me that it'll only be a moment (before it opens) and after more than 20 minutes still spinning and no access. Very likely gonna dump both DirectTV, home phone service and multiple cell phones on their services because of the major rate increases and inability to get access.
