1 ★This app doesn't work properly sometimes it doesn't connect at all or the music won't play. I'm really not pleased with the app considering it's a new car and a new Samsung 20 phone so I know this app is the problem. I might delete.
1 ★I thought it was just me and maybe the USB hook ups in my truck were going bad...glad to see I'm not the only one having issues with it disconnecting on the slightest bump or nudge. This app always had problems. It's beautiful when it works, but when it doesn't, just becomes a nuisance.
1 ★It was working fine, then one day the app stopped connecting to the car. I changed 3 original cables and it still says that the cables do not work but they work in another car. The app freezes and then says unable to connect.
1 ★It's so sad that I have to close this app now every time i turn my car on... It's set up so I don't touch while driving?: - Waze is incompatible, my car's marker is off the screen and Google Assistant/music functionality controls almost do not exist... - Open Spotify, it's nice. Good layout... Shame that after that it makes my Waze only become a BLACK screen - Stupidly hard, mistimed popups atop blank GPS - Exit Auto... Waze... Spotify. Enter destination. Tap play - Crashed, late or even dead.
1 ★The only reason this gets 1 star is there is no option to give negative stars. Worst app ever. If I could just use Google maps on my truck without this I would completely get rid of this app. It gives the user no control of anything, it fights my Bluetooth headset. It should not be up to the app to determine what works while driving and what does not. Constant Neverending crashes and now there is 2 android autos on my phone that fight each other. Pull your head out into the sunshine and fix this
1 ★My main problem is that the weather doesn't show on Android auto and when I send a feedback to them I get no response. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but it still doesn't show the weather. What's wrong with this?
1 ★Some days it works. Other days it doesn't work. There is no explaining why. I've tried work-rounds with no success. If there was another option I'd take it. Android Auto is the worst performing app I have and it's the one I need the most. Disappointed
1 ★Mutes my phone. I wanted an app that allows me to control my music player, navigation and phone from my phone screen. I haven't got a head unit with a display, so this was the next best thing for me. The app does everything I want it to do with one MAJOR flaw....it puts the the phone into DND, do not disturb, with is pointless because it mutes the music player and navigation. For my use it's not enough worth one star!!
1 ★This was a great app, connected to car fine was able to project onto car screen. Had to reinstall as phone crashed today and installed the "update", and now it doesn't connect through USB. Hence the low rating otherwise it would be much higher. Please correct this issue ASAP
1 ★Hit and miss whether it launches. Exempt from all battery optimisation and allowed to run in the background. The biggest issue though is that I can't get rid of the damn thing. Uninstalled it and it still pops up when I get in my car, which doesn't have android auto. How does that happen?!? 😠
1 ★C-class with samsung note 10 stopped working. It worked until a few days ago, then I updated this app and now it is not working. Its Bluetooth connection still works but no android auto on car screen. I initially thought Usb is playing up so I bought a new one and doesn't work. Eventually I found not only my issue. It is a shame that Google has this poor management.
1 ★Doesn't work, goes into a continuous connection/disconnecting loop. I have a Samsung S10 with android 10 and a new 2020 model Peugeot 2008. Tried all help on forums, multiple cables and different phones but no use. Worked fine in my old car Peugeot 208 (2017 model) with the same phone and cable.
